We have begun shipping and we want all of you to meet the first person to receive Everykey, Bob Sopko!

It gives us great pride and joy to introduce all of you to our friend and mentor, Bob Sopko. He is the director of the Case Western Reserve University LaunchNet, an incredible organization that helps take student projects such as Everykey and bring them to life. Following the initial interest from our entrepreneurship professor in making Everykey a real business, we were introduced to Bob, and the ball really got rolling from that point onward. He assisted us in finding the necessary resources to bring the project to life including business pitch competitions to not only win money for the development of Everykey but to raise awareness. He also was influential in bringing Apple Co-founder Steve Wozniak to Case Western Reserve University and provided us with the introduction to the computer legend (FYI Steve thinks Everykey is awesome too!).

Bob has been an incredible source of support and confidence in bringing this dream to life, so it is only fitting that he receive the first Everykey. Thanks Bob, we couldn’t have done it without you!

      I received my EveryKey last year, but have been unable to use it due to no Linux or Galaxy 7+ support. I was told that I could use the Firefox browser plugin, but that also requires software for Linux. I'm not in a super big hurry to get these features, but I am running into the multiple password dilema. Any update on the progress for these features would be appreciated.

      On a side note, I remember EveryKey is supposed to have a feature to unlock cars, and I was wondering what specific makes and models are capable of this. I have a Prius, and it's not a feature I really need, but I do enjoy gimmicks.

      Well. Just received it. Currently I'm confused with this product. iOS app looks so... not tested for me. At least I was able to pair with my iPhone.

      I'm wondering how can I transfer passwords for websites for instance from lastpass? Manually? That's kind of...

      Also I bet that you can't pass through pass code on iOS as well. I wish there is some kind of tutorial for every OS (mobile / desktop..)

      Okay. Now there is no confusion at all: You are selling the iOS version of Everykey on your website alongside the Windows and Android version...with no qualifications or delay. Where's my backer kit survey now? I guess you are too busy selling all your production online. On August 7, 2017,
      you told me you estimated that I (and other iOS backers) "would receive our orders by the end of the Summer". Today is September 27th. The Summer is officially over. I really feel like a duped (loyal) backer now that you're shipping MY Everykeys to your online retail customers. Why would you do this to us?

      Well guys I got a shipping tracking number December 15 however the delivery must be coming on foot to Canada as it is still not here yet. I have since moved in the last 2 months to a different province. Will this ever show up ? Have you guys really created something? Please update when it will be shipped and if I can give you another address?

If you would like a refund, please contact support@everykey.com and provide your email associated with PayPal, and we will refund you this way. @Ronald Hedtke we are a Kickstarter project, so all of our early, loyal backers have invested in an idea that has not yet been realized, and that our team is working diligently to bring to life in a quality manner. Circumstances do arise that delay a product shipping, and we value quality over speed, and it is our intention to ship a product that is working extremely well for our backers. We do have good news for you, and that is that your order is being shipped in our wave that is being processed now, so you should not have to wait too much longer to receive your Everykey.

      All we ever hear is be patient, we are working hard. Really, 3 years, doesn't seem like your working that hard. Seems we should be getting more than one for all the trouble and hassle and hoops we have to jump through.

      I was an original backer, I have filled out several surveys and still have yet to receive my product. Beyond frustrating, maybe time to get the authorities involved. This has gone on long enough. I just want what I paid for, why is that so hard to understand.

      After I receive the everykey, if I find it's too big or too small for my wrist, can I return for a larger or smaller replacement? If so, what is the maximum amount of time after receiving for me to return for a different size?

      Seems like leaving a comment here is an object lesson in futility. As numerous others have commented, it is now two years gone since the Kickstarter campaign.

      The last "update" was April 1, and that update was a mere "ego-boost" for some close to the team mentor.

      As numerous other vendors/solutions are in place now, it's frustrating to know that the devices we "may" receive (at some future point) will be near obsolete.

      I feel strongly that after waiting 24 months, we, your funders, backers, revenue "lenders" are owed a stronger sense of when we will receive the product. Currently, your website says shipping "Fall 2016".

      Any company, large or small, has timelines, milestones, deliverables, etc. What is the current production hold-up for Everkey? What production schedule is in place?
