You also have agreed to refund the $29 I was charged in import fees despite the $42 in shipping I paid you that was supposed to include the import fees. That's a refund on your charge for the topaz bag, a refund of $35 for the cross body strap you never made and a refund of the $29 in import fees you owe me along with it being your responsibility to facilitate the return of a bag you had no right to charge me for. I will be happy to forward your emails with these promises to you if you require. As I said below, my shipping address is the same as the address on file at your web store, the same address you shipped the bags to. My paypal linked email address is the same as my kickstarter account email address and the same email address as my account on your web store. You promised me a shipping label in August. I've emailed you so many times. Please take your purse back and give me my money!

      Hi Everpurse. I am going to try here and Facebook in the hope that after several MONTHS you will do as you promised and this will not escalate to a fraud complaint. I tried so hard to get you to do the right thing. I gave up for awhile but now I'm giving it one last try before I turn to filing complaints with other bodies. I backed you on kickstarter for one bag and later preordered a purse on your web store . You subsequently altered the hardware color on the croc bags and so I asked you to cancel the order for the second purse I made through your web store well before you had the purse made. You said yes. Then weeks later you charged me and shipped the purse you promised you cancelled the order for. I emailed a dozen times back and forth for many weeks and received many apologies and promises. I was promised a shipping label would be sent to me to return the purse for a refund. It was never sent. I was promised an immediate refund on some overcharges relating to the first kickstarter purse I backed too. I want my money back for the purse you "mistakenly" sent me and the additional refund you promised regarding your failure to provide the cross body strap for the emerald clutch you promised and charged me for but then wouldn't make. You charged me and sent me merchandise I didn't order, and charged me and failed to provide me with an item I DID pay for. This isn't a return issue. I am honouring my kickstarter pledge and keeping my emerald clutch. This is about you sending and charging me for a topaz clutch you had no contract for and not giving me the money back for the crossbody emerald clutch strap. I have your promises in writing. Please facilitate this immediately.

      I was under the impression that the Everpurse will eventually compatible with more types of the phones. It's been over 1 year, and it still only supports the 3 types when the project had launched. I know phablets may not be the most popular out in the market, but it's kind of unfair to the backers that backed you in the first place. Don't mean to be harsh, but I would like a refund since you obviously won't be able to support my phone any time soon. Hope to hear you back soon. Thank you.

      So this is what I've waited for so long. After paying for the purse, paying a hefty USD 60 for shipping, paying another USD 55 for custom fees because you were not able to classify it as a sample I HAVE TO GET A TRANSFORMER to even try it out? This is now a USD 235 product and you're telling me all you could provide was a US plug because it's a US product? My Mac is a US product and guess what - it has a European plug. Not to mention all the other "US products" in the office that have a European plug. Perhaps you should not have sold worldwide if this is how you treat international customers. But I'll get the plug tomorrow and let's hope it actually works.

      I too am awaiting an overdue refund. I shipped my EverPurse back, with confirmed receipt of delivery by USPS on 9/26. Luisa told me to expect my refund to be processed within 14 business days.

      It has now been beyond that, and I have gotten no response to my e-mail earlier this week asking for an update. And of course, no refund posted to my PayPal account yet.

      Hoping I can update with a positive change to this soon, and that I'm not out both the money AND the product.

      my purse was sent to a previous address in Florida, a now unoccupied house with UPS confirming it was left at the front door. I have the e-mail confirming my address change assuring me it would come to my current home in Chicago and sent multiple e-mails trying to find out where my purse is. I either want a refund or the purse I paid for but no one is replying to my e-mails sent to support@everpurse.com. Never again will I try to help out a start up because of this terribel experience

      Exact same situation here as Lisa G. I returned my everpurse in September as per instructions from Jesse and Luisa, but haven't heard anything back ever since. I have sent multiple emails with the package delivery confirmation, but did not get any reply.

      I returned a purse for exchange a couple of weeks ago. I've sent a couple of e-mails and a tweet about it. I don't mind waiting but how about a reply? Customer service was quick to respond to earlier e-mails.
      I mailed it insured and know it got there.

      Mine is a Samsung Galaxy S3 version
      I do not like it
      It does work, but only if I take out my case
      There's no room at all for any kind of case
      If I can't use it with my case, it kinda defeat the purpose
      I also agree with everybody else, the purse quite small for anything else, the charger part is just way too big
      And it's already kinda tide to zip the zipper with my S3, I can't imagine how tide it would be for S4 or any future phones
      So, what are we suppose to do when we do get new phone?
      Is the battery charging part interchangeable?

      Overall a big disappointment. Too small to use for more than a charger. Not a real purse. My regular Morphie battery pack is lighter and fits in any bag I want. I doubt I will use it much. Good luck.

      I got my everpurse today and have a few things I noticed about it.

      1. As a UK backer, I was very disappointed to find out that I need to buy a converter just to use it. So I can't try it tonight, I have to buy a converter tomorrow first. I would have thought that if you're a UK backer it would come with a UK plug.
      2. I got the plain purple fabric on my purse but it's cheap looking and looks like something my niece made at school.
      3. The tech in the purse is so big that I cannot really put anything else in there. But as a stand alone travel charger, its too big.
      4. Like one of the previous commenters, I do have to push the phone down into the "dock" to connect it. It doesn't slide in and connect by itself like in the video.

      All in all, I have to say I am quite disappointed with it. I bought two, one for me and one for my sister. But I can't justify giving it to her now.

      Also as a UK backer,
      I was charged an additional 22£ import charge for an item that isn't a available in the UK. If you're also a UK backer, would love to hear your thoughts as we already pay so much for more for shipping.

      Its a shame really as it could have been a great item.

      I am pretty disappointed with this product after it finally arrived - nearly a year after I funded it.

      Between it not working with my case (a pretty basic minimalist hardshell), not being large enough to be an actual usable purse (and too small to be a phone holder), the zipper being so close to the top of my iPhone that it will likely scratch my phone up and my lifestyle in general just being different than a year ago - I don't predict this product playing a usable role in my life.

      I've written the support address asking to return it for a refund.

      Just got mine today. IAM happy with mine, an emerald croc for iPhone 5. I assumed some weight to support the electronics aspects. The processing of the leather accounts for the texture. I will use this in combination with a hip holster, due to my job and bus service.

      I, for one, will be showing this off @ work!! I believe this was worth the wait.

      Just got my everpursre and I have to say it's really not worth the money! I upgraded to the croc embossed leather everpurse and am super disappointed, the material looks cheap, the purse is heavy and I have to remove my phone from the protective to use it with the everpurse. What a let down. I would like to return this item since I will not be using it.

      Meh... Received my Everpurse Thursday or Friday. Not a fan. I updated my original pledge to the croc embossed leather. Not happy. The material looks like cheap plastic. The purse is both too big and heavy as a stand alone phone case, and too small for a purse. Another minus, my preferred phone case is not Everpurse compatible. (Any phone case offering shock protection for dropped phones will not be compatible.) It's not something I think I will use much if at all. Great idea, but falls short in execution. The charging function does work fine.

      After the last email about delays and seeing that the model I ordered was at the end of the list I wrote to them and said I was concerned about their company. I received a response offering me a refund (PayPal) but have heard nothing further. I sent another email yesterday asking for a status of the refund as I've given up on the product and on their company. I have successfully and happily supported other projects and feel good about helping people get their ideas going, but this company has dampened my enthusiasm for Kickstarter. As always, Buyer Beware.

      I am also very, very disappointed in this kickstarter. I wanted the product for Comic-Con, and after tweeting about my excitement last month, an Everpurse employee tweeted at me saying that they would make sure mine arrived before Comic-Con. Needless to say, that didn't happen.

      What is even more frustrating are the endless television and magazine reviews. I am positively livid that Everpurse made enough product to ship out to every talk show host and magazine editor, but managed to leave out those who even made this company possible.

      I shall keep my order open solely for the hope that this wait was worth it. At the end of the day, Everpurse seems to have placed themselves on an ever-growing list of companies who have no regard for customer satisfaction or social integrity. I hope to be proven wrong.
