OUR GOAL is to make an innovative short film that is both incredibly entertaining and close to people's hearts. We strive to retain 100% creative control, which is why we have chosen to partially finance the film via Kickstarter. We’re in the throes of pre-production, but need your help in order to complete the film. This is why we’re reaching out to all of the Sci-Fi lovers out there! We'll also be updating this page as we get closer to production. Stay tuned for costume design and set builds.
Having been given unparalleled access to equipment and staff we are thrilled to have the opportunity to tell this story.
We've applied to the New Filmmakers Grant from Panavision and were awareded a Genesis camera package! How awesome is the Genesis? Well the Cinematographers of films like: 2012, Alice in Wonderland, Predators, Immortals and Captain America, thought it was good enough to shoot with.

Still, there are so many fine details that must come together before actually filming. Your financial donation will be used economically and wisely to deliver a quality film with high production value—from providing daily meals to our phenomenal crew to renting trucks that will deliver our construction space model—all of these things will be possible because of you!
Approximately 3,000 people apply to USC's film program each year. 48 students are selected. Of that, only 6 are chosen to direct a thesis. This is one of those films. We really want you to be a part of this experience with us as we document the process of making this short film so everyone has the opportunity to know what it's like to make movies at USC.
We hope you will take the time to look through our proposal - thank you in advance.
