Processing Errors

Hi everyone. By now most of the 332 orders that have gone out and have arrived in the hands of the backers. Very happy you guys are enjoying the decks. Thank you again for the positive feedback!

That being said, some orders have had issues of addresses not being updated to the new addresses or other misinformation that was entered during processing and there's even been a couple of issues with the orders getting a couple of extra decks that shouldn't be there (not entirely bad for the backer). 

I apologize for the mix up. In fairness to the shipping company in Chicago, they did their best to understand the project and product, process the orders, pick and assemble them and get them out in a rather quick timeframe. When they are dealing with three different decks, uncut sheets, coins, matching numbered certificates to matching decks, the Signature set and a group of orders with the entire Mana collection included, I can understand there will be a small number of orders that slip through the cracks some how and get the wrong information. Again, I apologize for that and we are correcting it.

Rest assured, the shipping company is looking into it and when these packages come back into the warehouse, we will make the proper changes and triple check to make sure all the information is correct.

As for the next batch of 285, all of these orders are already entered into the system, but we are now triple checking them as well to make sure we don't make the same mistakes before they start picking and assembling each order. I've already found some errors today. This may slow things down a bit, but better to err on the side of caution, especially when the majority of these orders are international. 

Once we are in the clear and all orders are confirmed and names and addresses crosschecked the shipping team will begin picking, packing and shipping as soon as possible. I shall keep everyone posted as things start to move.

      I'm in Chicago. I could walk there and pick mine up. I have not received anything- no email, no tracking #, no cards

      I just realised I still haven't received my Buskers decks either. Is that done by another fulfillment company?

      Hi I saw my order arrived in Singapore but now it is on the way back to Chicago. Is there an error that you are recalling the order? Many thanks.
