Have a question?
Whoops, never mind--found it! Thanks so much!
I backed at the "Physical Book" level ($25 + postage) and was expecting it to include "everything below"--to wit, the digital book ($15 level) and the sticker ($5 level). I don't really care about the sticker, but what do I do to get the digital book?
@Matt Miner: No problem found my old survey and update it. Thank you and have a great day.
Hey there, if you want to change your address please go to backerkit and update from there.
Follow this link:
Hi, sorry for late response but I moved to a new address I emailed my new address in kickstarter messenger.
@Rogulynx: I hope the updates today explained it. ECCC is Emerald City Comic Con, and backers in the US will have an opportunity to pick up their books at the convention. Don’t worry if you aren’t coming. Books will ship to backers beginning right after the con.
This is no doubt going be a stupid question(s), but what is ECCC? What update its under because I'm having problems finding within the updates?
Shipping will begin right after ECCC. Feel free to check the project updates for this kind of info in the future.
Hi ! Could you give us an update on when the rewards will be mailed out. Thanks !
Hi, sorry if I'm possibly spamming and the disorganization but I emailed questions/concerns about my survey that is preventing me from getting done.
"Hi, just got the message for the survey, but I'm a bit confuse when it comes to the add-ons/pledge which I have a couple questions. When I go to do my survey the Tini Package does not seem in my items included nor in my add-ons so do I have to select as an adding? If so what is the Tini Package is titled? Because I'm not seeing it in the backerkit store. Also I still want the signed signed NO ANGEL #1, but don't want add it in yet until I can figure out what is going on with the Tini Package."
"Never mind about the signed No Angel #1 because I just realized and correct me if I'm wrong the Eric Palicki book pack comes with all the series of No Angel signed? If not then I still want to still get the No Angel signed #1."
I have one doubt about the title. If it kills fascist it isn't a nightmare, it´s a sweet dream. :-)
Can I bump up the amount I pledged to get the Eric Zawadzki commission bumped up to a larger paper size and a full body?
Is there a way to get the physical copy AND a digital copy?
Hi, I added an extra $5 because I would also like the sticker in addition to the physical copy of the book. Please let me know if I should direct this elsewhere!
Hey everyone! GeeksOUT did a nice write-up of your Kickstarter this weekend, feel free to share to help spread the word: http://geeksout.org/blogs/kate-kosturski/kickstarter-were-nightmare-kills-fascists.
(Full disclosure - I wrote it)
@Rogulynx: I've noted the addition. Thanks!
Hi, put five extra in my pledge and I like to add a signed NO ANGEL #1. Note: not trying spam just wasn't sure which one to send message to so I signed to both.
I'm also a Fubar backer. Best wishes getting this funded.
Jeff McComsey alerted me to this project. Looks excellent. Love all the Magdalena artists on the contribution list. Hope you manage to get it over the line! Good luck.
this is to let you know i'm also a Fubar backer.
The update from Jeff McComsey tells me there's goodies in it for me :)
Backing Fubar also. So many creators I've backed on Kickstarter involved and backing tells me this is going to be fantastic.
@Eric Palicki Hi, Thanks for the response and I have a two other questions. My first is that I'm just going just pledge extra to the Tini package for the time being and was wondering how much to pledge? As for the other question I notice certain writers and/or artist comics seem to not be on the kickstarter book pack and was wondering if they can possibly become available on this kickstarter, feature kickstarter projects or purchase through backerkit? These are the ones that caught my interest: Writer JUSTIN JORDAN (Spread, Luther Strode), Writer DAVE EBERSOLE (Dash), Writer RYAN K. LINDSAY (Negative Space, Beautiful Canvas), Artist ARIELA KRISTANTINA (Deep State, Insexts) and Artist JOHN BIVENS (Dark Engine, Spread, Heavy Metal.)
@Rogulynx: hey! Thanks for asking! Actually, if you'd like the Tini package and Erica package but you DON'T want the extra This Nightmare copies (I.e. You just want Skeptics, Cheese and M3), you just need to increase your pledge by $45. If you DO want three copies of This Nightmare... then increase by $95. Make sense?
Hi, looking add both the "Tini Howard Book Pack" and possibly the "Erica Schultz Book Pack" if possible, but I want to make sure I have this right. The add-on for the Tini Howard would be $70 and the Erica Schultz would be $75 which I would increase my pledge to $225?
No worries! I think that sounds pretty reasonable. I fall just a smidge left of center politically. I'm down with equality and not being a dick so I can support your KS project. Thanks for getting back to me. :)
Sorry about that, Eric. The title is a direct nod to Woody Guthrie and the idea of using art as a political tool. There's no specific definition of "fascist" that needs to be adhered to - the title doesn't need to be taken literally.
As far as the content? If the idea of progressive values (same sex marriage, equality among genders and races and sexual orientations and gender identities, love for nature and animals and a commitment to protecting the earth, sticking up for the poor, etc) is your thing, then you're gonna like this book. If that list makes you groan, then I'd say the book may be a good learning and growth tool.
Either way, thank you for your support and I hope you dig it!
Any chance for a response? I may increase my pledge, but I'd like more details first. Thank you!
Can you define fascist for me please?
I, like backer #1, am very into politics. Does this comic touch on real world politics? Is it metaphorical? Liberal leaning? Conservative?
Can't wait to hear about it!
300 plus projects backed and this is the first time I'm backer #1! :-D
As a "political junkie", I'm very intrigued by this project.
