A prototype is a preliminary model of something. Projects that offer physical products need to show backers documentation of a working prototype. This gallery features photos, videos, and other visual documentation that will give backers a sense of what’s been accomplished so far and what’s left to do. Though the development process can vary for each project, these are the stages we typically see:

Entralpi transforms any simple environment into your perfect training ground. It measures the lifted force on any hangboard. We built Entralpi with a specific goal in mind: climbing harder without getting injured.
No need to get pulleys or added weights: intensity adapts to you. From the pulls on the tiniest of holds to the freaky one finger pull up, Entralpi easily quantifies your progression.

Entralpi has been part of research collaboration from the start and base its workouts on peer-reviewed research.
Using these statistics, you will have the right tool to identify your strengths and weaknesses compared to others climbing the same grade as you.
Share your data and progression with your coach. A shareable profile allows the coach to assess the progress of your climbing team.
Entralpi has been used in clinics for a few years already. Doctors are currently working on using your finger profile to assess the risk of injuries.

Félix is obsessed with climbing and has tried extensive ways to train. He previously tried various systems to measure strength on hangboards, but was frustrated with his limited improvement and the setup hassle. He developed his first instrumented hangboard in 2013. Positive feedback from early users, researchers, and elite athletes convinced him to found Entralpi.
We believe democratizing instrumented hangboards will revolutionize climbing and training. Local users have seen quantifiable gains and have seen their training evolve. We need to reach our Kickstarter goal to launch the device’s mass production. This approach was chosen to keep our device cost low and accessible to the climbing community.

These users routinely use the web application and the data server to log their assessments and trainings. The feedback and ideas of this community enable us to provide new software features on each stable release.
This Kickstarter campaign is essential to launch the mass production of the device. These are the remaining steps and approximate schedule between the campaign and the delivery of the devices to the backers.

Risks and challenges
Precision electronic manufacturing is complex. It requires testing all expected behaviour and reliability.
We have learned a lot in the last years and feel confident that if we reach our financial goal, we can provide you the product as expected.
