Want the G&P van serving tea & crumpets at your office?!

So I found out today that January is National Hot Tea Month. I am not sure who makes these things up as it's probably not a one of the best known events in the calendar (!), but either way it seemed only appropriate that we should be celebrating it along with the the rest. To that end, for 1 week and 1 week only (ie next week) we are offering you the chance of a free call-out of the G&P van for you and your colleagues, meaning we will come at trade exclusively at your office, serving hot tea & crumpets all day. And if the weather is anything like today, I'm guessing they might go down quite well... Offices must be London-based (sorry foreign backers) and have a car park, so if that's the case then I'm there. Let me know if any of you are interested and I'll book you in!

We had a great day warming up the lovely team at One Fine Stay yesterday, who put on tea & crumpets for all their employees (+ dog) - write up & pics here on their blog:

FINALLY and of course most importantly, results of the name vote. The name of the van has officially been decided......drumroll........2nd place: Delilah, 1st place: WATSON!! It's just so unexpected and such a coincidence as I love that name too (don't know if I told you).

So Watson it is. Holmes & Watson. Together taking on the streets of London. Going to need a pitch at Baker Street.

Hope you are as delighted with your choice as I am - and let me know if anyone wants to book the van for next week!

Ha! Love the idea of me parked up with tea & crumpets in a gated, underground car park by the Ritz! If people want it, I'll do it, but not sure they'd have me!!?

Damn. Shame there's no parking around Mayfair that would be suitable :(

Well, I could maybe get you in car park at the back of The Ritz but as it's gated there wouldn't be much passing trade :)
