Hearing the stories from The Land without Color and The Great Sugar War, Brandon knows all about the grayness and eating your vegetables. But now Grandpa Alvin is missing in a bottomless pit. The color is draining from the land again. And the ground itself is crumbling away into nothing.
It is now up to Brandon to save the Kingdom. With the wisdom he learned from his grandpa, he is ready. But the danger turns out to be more difficult than he imagined. People are disappearing, and nutritious fruits and vegetables are no longer growing. Keeping his color and energy becomes a serious challenge.
With the help of his best friend, Steven, and Scout the giant eagle, Brandon must elude from the tenacious Officer Reed, endure the robot Color Collectors, escape the dangerous Spider Riders, rescue Grandpa Alvin, and find the twin princesses Gwendolyn and Sapphire.
In this final book in the Land Without Color series, Brandon must hurry to defeat the vile vipers and restore the color to the Kingdom before it crumbles away into nothing.
