What happens when a stressed-out barista finds a magical ring in her tip jar?
That’s the premise of MYSTIC COFFEE, a short film I created to inspire and empower people to live their best lives, and to help them make their dreams come true.
“It’s a fun, whimsical short with some powerful messages to help us step out of our usual “line” of thinking and see things from a different angle.” -- TinyBuddah.com
MYSTIC COFFEE is a movie that has inspired thousands of paid subscribers of GaiamTV, the world leader in conscious media, to change their lives for the better. As a certified life coach, I’d like to reach people with this message of hope to remind everyone that they have the power to create amazing lives for themselves.
As the writer, director, and producer of MYSTIC COFFEE, I’d like to produce a sequel that anyone can watch free of charge, as part of the gift economy.
If you like my film, or you like what it can do for people who are struggling in their lives, why not become a part of making its sequel and donate to the Kickstarter campaign today?
If you can’t afford to donate, please consider sharing this page and recommending it to your friends on Facebook, Twitter, blogs and/or LinkedIn. It really helps!

Risks and challenges
Making movies is challenging. No doubt. But my work on the original MYSTIC COFFEE has been an invaluable experience. Now I have a great network of pro actors and crew to rely on.
That said, one of the potential risks of this production is casting the 'Mystery Man.' I want to find a nationally recognized slam poet who is aligned with the same ideas and philosophies as the film. I haven't started casting yet, but that could be challenging.
Also, shooting outside in downtown Seattle is bound to be interesting. As you might have heard, it tends to rain a lot around here. So there could be a delay.
And of course, I'm expecting the unexpected. So there's that.
But even with these potential obstacles, I'm confident that we can pull this off and make a fantastic film. Ready to get onboard? Say yeah!Learn about accountability on Kickstarter
