Our wallets allow you to access your cards at the click of a button using a spring-loaded mechanism (for right- and left-handed users). The uniquely designed friction mechanism prevents your cards from falling out of your wallet.

The Parliament is a leather bi-fold wallet for those that want maximum storage and minimum bulk. It holds anything from business cards to coins/keys and offers RFID protection for 5 cards, and additional storage for 7 cards. With a main cash pocket, a hidden back pocket and a multi-purpose strap, the possibilities are endless. The integrated tracker prevents you from ever losing your wallet or phone again! This bi-fold smart wallet comes in 4 types of leather: Black, Coffee Brown, Steel blue or Cognac

The Senate is a cardholder for the minimalists out there. It offers RFID/NFC protection for 5 cards and room for more cards in the removable multi-purpose strap. This ultra slim cardholder is offered with or without tracker and comes in 4 types of leather: Black, Coffee Brown, Steel blue or Cognac
There are several pains and trends in the market that inspired us to design the ultimate wallet with a look at the future. Security issues, bulky wallets, NFC payments and too much fidgeting are all reasons why we decided to make a change in this industry.
That's why we set out to create the Ekster Wallet. We see the wallet as more than just a cash/card holder and believe that it is key to increasing the efficiency of one’s everyday life.
The tracker inside your wallet synchronizes seamlessly with your mobile phone via Bluetooth® 4.0 Low Energy. Using the app to connect to your wallet, you can use the map function to locate or ring your wallet or ring your phone using your wallet! The tracker battery lasts up to 6 months and is easily rechargeable using the slim usb charger that is hidden in our wallet.
SEPARATION ALERT
Whenever your wallet is out of range, you will receive a notification on your phone!
PHONE FINDER
Lost your phone? Use our reverse tracking feature! When pressing the tracking button on your wallet, your phone will start ringing, even when on silent mode!
RINGER
When in close range, our app will point you in the right direction and you can ring your wallet to find it instantly!
CROWD GPS
Our crowd GPS network will help you find your wallet when out of range. When a user is within range of your lost item, you receive a GPS update.
Our first 100 backers will receive numbered Ekster Wallets so that they can forever be remembered as the initial funders of this company. To scream this off the rooftops, they will also be featured on our Ekster wall of fame!
SURVEY
In January every backer will receive a survey where they can confirm their order & address to make sure they receive the right wallets! If the combination of products you want is not offered in our rewards, you can add an extra pledge amount per product that you want extra.

KEY TRACKER
The keychain tracker is a bluetooth tracking chip in a plastic casing. It complements your trackable wallet and can be used to track down any personal belongings using the app, or simply by ringing your tracker.
BUNDLE PACKS
If you are planning to buy multiple different models, you can buy one of our bundle packs! You will be contacted later to choose your colors. Don't worry, we have more than enough leather ;)
PERSONAL ENGRAVINGS (€8)
If you would like to add personal engravings to your wallet, you can add an extra pledge amount of €8 to your current pledge. In January every backer will receive a survey where they can confirm their order & address to make sure they receive the right wallets!
DECREASED SHIPPING COSTS
We accidentally made a mistake in the shipping costs for people that live outside of the Netherlands or the US. We are decreasing it by 10 EUROS! Make sure to back the rewards that mention: "(cheaper shipping)" Then we can go ahead and delete the rewards with the high shipping cost. This way we prevent others from ordering the rewards with higher shipping costs too
Our team consists of three Dutch partners with a good set of brainpower, international backgrounds and high levels of motivation. Our personal struggles with the products offered in the market today have motivated us to develop the perfect wallet. We are simply trying to make our own lives easier, and in doing so, sharing this convenience with others. The two founders, Olivier Momma and Rick Scharnigg, met each other while on a Fulbright scholarship in the US. Richard came into the picture when Olivier pitched the idea while interning at Richard's Consulting firm. Currently, Olivier and Rick are based in Rotterdam at the Ekster Wallets HQ and Richard works from our New York office. Click the following image and learn more about our team!
At Ekster we believe that every component of a product must be engineered by specialists in that industry. That’s why we work together with specialized partners, each of which has built up their own reputation in their field over the years.
TrackR, the company that creates intelligent tracking devices and applications, has announced a partnership with Ekster to create smart wallets which are small, trackable, and feature secure RFID-blocking technology. All of our products are compatible with TrackR Atlas. A new in-house network that maps your home and locates missing items. Together, we are now officially part of the world's largest "lost-and-found" network.

OUR PLEDGE
Before we decided to fund our project through Kickstarter, we did extensive research to find out whether crowdfunding would be a suitable option. We had in-depth meetings with a range of firms that were successfully funded on kickstarter to learn from their mistakes. If there is one thing we learned from them and from studying other kickstarter campaigns, it is that you should never promise too much. Despite our capabilities and the possibilities with this product, we decided to offer limited customizability and limited features. We want to keep our backers happy and refuse to make empty promises. We will be honest and responsive at ALL TIMES and will make sure to stay completely transparent towards our backers.
As stated earlier, we believe that every component of a product must be engineered by specialists in that field. We have decided to outsource each component of our wallets to a specialized partner who we consider part of our team. We work closely with each of these partners to have full control over the outcome.
CHALLENGES AHEAD:
We work with three separate parties who each are responsible for a different component of the wallets. The main challenge that we will face is synchronizing these suppliers when it comes to logistics and communication. When mass production starts after final product tests, these suppliers will have to follow tight schedules and sophisticated logistics systems to make sure each component arrives at the final assembly station in time. To make sure we don't experience any delay we have an advanced communication system that allows our partners to stay in touch at all times. We have full control over the production process and have lined up back-up entities that can cover us if anything were to go wrong.
