We've come a long way since our first Kickstarter campaign. After raising 2200% of our initial goal and hitting the 1mln first-year revenue mark, we grew to become the biggest smart-wallet manufacturer in the world. Since day 1, our philosophy has been to be completely transparent with our customers at all times. In good times and bad, we've always kept our backers up to date with the finest details of every process. We believe that customer service is the number 1 priority when it comes to e-commerce. Which is why we keep expanding our CRM team to handle our customers needs.
