I got your parliament wallet from your second Kickstarter in July 17 and I have loved it but today I pressed the button and it snapped right off?! I thought it was supposed to be aluminum? It's sucks I love this wallet but it didn't even last a year and I baby this wallet. Do you guys offer warranty through the Kickstarter campaign?

Yay I finally recieved my reward, all of the way to sunny Australia (took awhile, probably got held up in customs, as that tends to happen in AU). It looks beautiful. Unfortunately the trackr doesn't connect to the phone :(. What should I do? Maybe it spent so long in customes that without the battery being used it died? Kind of like a car battery? Is there anyway I can get the trackr card replaced. My guess is that it got held up in customs due to the leather and not the electronics (animal products tend to take awhile through customs). Absolutely love the design.

Hi guys my wallet stop working. I am a little disappointed. I have been selling this to my family and friends and hi are planning purchases for the holiday.
The level that push up the cards is not working and I had to use a pliers to pull the cards out.

@Robin we are very sorry to hear you do not like our product. Could you please explain to us why? We really appreciate and consider our customers' feedback in order to improve the company.
Regarding the response time, we apologise for this inconvenience to all our backer but we are a very small team and we've been receiving a lot of messages, so we cannot get back to you as soon as we would like to.
Regarding your last comment, we have around 12000 backers and so far, over 90% of them are satisfied with the product and with the solutions we provide them to resolve their different issues. We are trying our best to bring that percentage up as we want nothing but satisfy our backers and customers :)
My tracker card is faulty after been running for about 2 months. I thought it was the solar but i charged it but still not working. Can i request for a replacement tracker id card?
Overall a terrible product with terrible response time.
Also love how the feedback on the website is 100% positive yet at least 1/3 of the backers here seem to be inflicted with problems.

So my wallet got sent and trapped in customs for a long time. When it finally came, dispite my wife being home, I missed delivery slip was put on our door. The note said they would make 2 more attempts, but they never did. Last time I checked, it was sent back to the distributor. I'm super frustrated and confused. This did not go well.

I got my wallet yesterday, thanks! However, there seems to be a defect in the tracking card. It's paired with my iPhone but when I tap the alert icon, the card just simply gives off a faint tick sound rather than a ring. Is this normal?
