Hi Pam, thanks for supporting the film. Our distributor has not made DVDs, and we don't know at this time whether they are going to. We sent out an email about six months ago that offered alternative rewards. Please email me at contact (at) 99percentfilm (dot) com if you did not receive that, and I will double-check that you are on the mailing list. Thank you.

      Thank you Audrey & Aaron!

I don't recall getting that questionnaire but all my info was included when I donated I believe. I don't want to post my personal info here. I'll email address info if I can send it directly to you (email?)
if that's still needed when you're ready to send out the DVD's.

      Thanks again!

To answer Heather Lee's question: We sent out questionnaires to everyone after the campaign was funded, to collect this info. We then collated all the responses and set up spreadsheets to track everyone's name and reward. Not everyone sent back their questionnaire, but for everyone who did, we used the info they supplied. I hope that clarifies things!

      Hi Pam,

We'll actually be sending an update about this shortly. The US distributor has a contractual holdback on when things can be released. We'll get everything out as soon as we're able to, but if we did it now, it would prevent the film from being widely distributed.

We greatly appreciate everyone who supported us in making the film, and we'll do everything we can to fulfill all rewards in the most timely way possible. Ironically, if we had not gotten distribution, we would have been able to do all this much sooner - it's the inherent irony of the current state of indie film distribution. At the same time, we're incredibly lucky to have a company as respected and socially aware as Participant Media, and we are working with them to make sure that the film can be properly released. We're not just being nice about it - we contractually have to do this. But do know that we're talking to them about this very issue, and we'll send an update as soon as we know more. And I don't know where you are, but stay tuned for news of other ways you can see the film very soon!

      All best,

I donated $100 to this project early in it's development but have never received the promised CD. I did received the invite to the Sundance Film Festival premier but was not able to attend. I had forgotten about this but I just got an email from Occupy Wall Street Film (email) announcing the Australian premier.

I was a participant in the Occupy movement early on so this is significant to me personally. Would you please let me know what has happened with the DVD which I would still like copies as promised.

Can't wait to see this film folks, and happy to be a backer! We are on a parallel course - our team is creating "Occupy Love" which I believe will be complementary to this film. It focusses a bit more on the global movement, and the heart of it all. Let's keep in touch and support each other as our Occupy films come out into the world. I believe these feature documentaries will be powerful tools that will be of great service to the movement, humanity, the planet. Go team! Learn more about Occupy Love at…

@ Robert: All films require an infinity of impossible choices. Successful films and filmmakers just make the right ones. That's why we have experienced filmmakers guiding this. And the limitations of the feature film format can also lead to ingenuity, and can force one to be sharper in their choices. We're film lovers and we respect the mandates of the form, while simultaneously pushing the boundaries of the process. Exciting times for all of us.

I'm so excited to see this film come to fruition. I feel like impossible choices will have to be made. There is so much to cover, this could be an endless series.

I am so anxious to learn more about how this movement started and to see what effects it will have on our country. It reminds me so much of the Civil Rights movement and the anti-war (Viet Nam) movement that I lived through. I cannot wait to see this film.

I am so excited by this film!
