About the Creator:

Jessica Castaneda knows all too well how overwhelming it can be to try to lose weight and be consistent when life is so busy. Out of frustration, she created this product to help her focus and reach her goals after having two babies less than two years apart. She couldn't find anything like it when she needed straightforward guidance on what she should be tracking and not just blank spaces.

Through goal setting, planning and tracking, she was able to take control of her fitness journey and finally lose over 50lbs. It gave her something to look back on to figure out what was and what wasn’t working. Tracking also kept her accountable and motivated her to keep going and to do better.

Risks and challenges

We are pretty much set up with a printer and have everything ready to go as long as we reach our goal. The biggest risk is going to be getting everything on time, but that shouldn't be a problem.
