Thank you

Our backers are amazing and thank you for shopping with us. The Kickstarter backer sale was a success because of your passion and feedback, and we value every customer and appreciate your business.

We will continue to prioritize our Kickstarter backers, and we will continue to launch the M-2 online in smaller batches.

To address some of your questions/concerns regarding your discount code. It will be valid, but after Thursday 1900 CET when we open the doors for the public, you might have to wait until stock is refilled.

Below M-2 units ready to be shipped.

We look forward to hearing from you, and your questions and input mean the world to us as it helps us to improve. Finally we are working to get some English product reviews so stay tuned, and if you don’t mind translating we do have some good reviews such as this one from CNET Japan: https://japan.cnet.com/article/35116240/

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us at info@earin.com.

Warm regards,

Earin

      Will these be back in stock before our discounts expire? I missed the first round :(

      What makes so much difference I should upgrade from M1 to M2? My M1 still work (although they drain battery at massively different rates :'( any way of fixing?)

      @Remaim7

      I appreciate that of course but as mine have arrived I am sure that others (closer to Sweden) will have theirs pretty soon. Saying that I no way expected mine to arrive so quickly to the UK TBH. I thought it would take at least 7 working days as that is my past experience with shipments from there. Fingers crossed you do not have to wait too long :-)

      @Cetera, no still no confirmation even after delivery. Pop onto the Earin website and use the chat in the bottom right corner. They will give you the tracking details.

      People should be receiving theirs now as mine were delivered in the UK about an hour ago.

      Keen to see if others feel the same as myself and like them as much as I do :-)

      Thanks for the info, very exited to get my hands on mine. I received my tracking info this morning and my buds should arrive by Friday. I can't wait to put it through its paces!

      As an FYI... I had a chat with support earlier today. Not sure how many did go out but I do know that mine were shipped yesterday. I have still not received any confirmation... Just in case any of you have ordered and were curious.

      Hey, I just did some testing with 2 people (one elderly slightly deaf), both said that the voice was VERY GOOD. Good volume, no breakups etc. I was outside in a relatively noisy environment with a good strong breeze. It was noisy but there were very few other people around, will make a call surrounded by chatterboxes by tomorrow.

      I am getting to love these more and more each day!!!

      How is the Call quality, how do the microphones sound to the person on the other end with them so far away from the mouth?

      Would be nice if Earin came back to their backers when they have an issue with the ear phones they already have, rather than trying to sell you more stuff! BAD SUPPORT EARIN, EMAILED YOU TWICE, NO REPLY RECEVIED

      Can’t find any reviews out there, so I will hold off. The Jabra Elite 65t seem to be the best in the market at the moment. So, when I’m looking for a replacement in the future, then I’ll see where Earin are in the wireless pecking order.

      Too many false promises from lots of manufacturers, including the established brands. So, I rely on user reviews to make my decisions and not on industry reviewers or manufacturer’s marketing depts. Netgear Orbis wireless network is a perfect example. Great industry reviews, but when you look at their forums, you see the reality. Not good.

      However, I wish Earin all the best and one day I might be using them. We need more startups like Earin to challenge the market.

      @Martin, @Stefan Greiner:

      Earin has sent discount codes at 19th April per email to all (?) their kickstarter backers. Subject was "Limited Edition - Earin M-2". Maybe check the spam folder?

      If you haven't received one you will have to contact earin, I guess.

      I am one of the original Ear-in backers and am interested in potentially purchasing the M-2, however, I haven't received any discount code to use? How do I get one and what is the discount being offered? Thanks

      @Matt
      I do not think they are. I have my M-1's here but they are back at the apartment so cannot say for sure until tomorrow. However from memory if you look at one of Comply's PDF's the M-2 are listed a 500 series, am pretty sure the M-1 were not. As confirmation I actually received some 500 series Comply with the built in wax guard over the weekend and they fit the M-2's a treat!

      Do you know of the foam tips are the same size as the M-1s. I asked on their Facebook have a couple of days ago but got no reply. I have a heap of spare comply foam tips left over from my M-1s.

      @skypax
      I was lucky enough to get a pair whilst on my travels. I have also taken advantage of the discount here as I like them so much I want a spare/second set.
      I really, really like them!!! They are far smaller than you may imagine, even compared to the M-1's. The touch interface has not failed once, ok, it is basic but I sometimes struggle with my Bragis, the M-2's just work.
      I am no audiophile but they do sound pretty damn good to me and they are LOUD if you want them to be without any distortion. The Transparency function works pretty well, letting in the outside world when you pause music etc.
      I have not really tested the battery life yet but on Monday I got 2.5hrs of constant use with Transparency on Auto and the app still showed between 1/4 and 1/2 battery left but to be honest for the commutes I do 2.5 hrs is more than enough anyway then just pop them back in to charge. Overall though I expect that 4 hour sis pretty close to what you will get.
      If you are on the fence about getting a pair then take the plunge. I really do not think you will regret it. I have had over 10 different BT buds and headphones and these are by far my favorite now. TBH I am still getting over how small they actually are, how they just vanish into your ear and the sound you actually get out of them! :-)

      I live in Japan and the reviews on Amazon jp and “bigCamera” (store like Best Buy) have many good reviews.

      Review summary :
      - Sound qualify same as M-1
      - Firmware is upgradeable
      - No disconnect between earbud in daily use
      * If there is no radio frequency interference
      - Can watch video without any noticeable delay
      - Left and right earbud are interchangeable

      Keep in mind that those people pay the full price + Japan’s sales tax. I think we are getting a good deal here! Most of them give it a five star rating.

      I really feel that I as a swede was f**ked over by this project. Having to pay customs fee and VAT in addition to slow shipping.
      This in addition to very poor functionality with android devices is a big "buyer beware"

      So No thank you. I will use a vendor that is more focused on customer service. (Also there are many competitors with cheaper/better products)

      Any news on when the 'white' version may be available please?

      Have to say though that the M-2 are my daily listen now. They tick every box for me :-)
