Thanks for the update. But I feel like it's too little to late. I was waiting for the M2 and even told my friends to wait.
I always told everybody that asked about my Earin. That I love them but they are not ready for the mass market. And told my friends to wait for the M2. But now I can't justify myself or my friends to wait for this. My M1 needs something to replace them now, and not in... how long it now may take.
The M2 should've ben out by now.

I'm disappointed. As an original backer who still uses M-1's as a daily tool, I've been eagerly awaiting the M2's, but doubt I'll wait much longer. I'm disappointed that they have launched in some markets (which markets?) and that they will appear in unspecified others at some vague time as a different product to the one we were promised and have been waiting for. Earin should have no better ambassadors than the original backers, but I'm not certain many will have the patience to seethis one out without better information. Not good ...

What does “slightly different product”mean?
A common conversation at my Gym when I take out my Earins:
- Hey man, what are those? me: Earin... wireless ...
- are they good? me: Oh yes!
- Don't they fall out? me: Never!
Where did you get them? Me: Kickstarter.
- What?? me (long explanation about crowdfunding)
Can I buy them somewhere? me: earin.com.....E A R I N dot com

May friends at Earin. I am extremely upset. I am your intitial backers and I have written countless messages and emails but resulted in not one single response. My initial bad ch of Earin is not working at all, is there a way to fix it? Don’t tell me about all these news where you could my even give me a simple way reply. simple
