I am yet to receive any response, yet to receive any email about the where abouts of my product and most importantly yet to receive the product. I did receive an email offering a discount on a second pair which i found to be extremely low considering I'm yet to receive the first one i paid for. I was within the first 900 backers. at the very least i'd like a refund
All well and but I've posted a message back to you about my broken Earin weeks ago and no acknowledgement whatsoever, so despite being a kick-start erm and already helping get you several other orders, I am productless and without reply...

After more research i found that this is not only available now on best buy market for everybody, for the last 4-5 months........................... .....
I have not recived my pair for a year. I asked for refund just about a couple weeks ago... and what i got is signed up for newsletters....
I would not say you promiss on delivery, when its one year late, and then after turn on webstore, before you give your pairs to backers.....
Seeing this annoys me, and now i would have nothing but a refund.
They've said from the project's earliest days that there's no way to update the firmware.
Any plans for firmware update?
I checked this morning and, between the dollar-to-euro conversion rate and the 30% discount, a new pair this morning would have cost just under $300 in the U.S.
Best Buy is still selling them for $249.
The exchange rate fluctuates, but not significantly from day to day, so you may want to double-check again before buying. (Just type convert euros to dollars into Google's search bar.)
I've checked spam and I am sure the email was not received. However, why buy another pair as the pair I got disconnects so often? Even considering I've followed all the advice on FAQ's, forums, and I've read the manual. As long as I use a single earin and stare at my mobile within a few metres, I get a stable connection. The earins last about ten minutes at best on a continuous session. My email to support about this was ignored. Eighty pounds lost; what a waste of money.
