More Great News

Hi Folks;

Wanted to share an update of exciting developments outside the fundraising side of Kickstarter and Facebook and all this other connecting online. We are experiencing a very positive shift in the level of participation we are getting from some of Chris's colleagues, record industry executives, other legendary artists, and of friends and witnesses of all stripes that will enhance the narrative of the film with remarkable first person accounts. This emergence of willing participants is a huge blessing. We will be able to add as many as 6 to 8 interviews to the overall narrative, opening all kinds of doors and helping to provide further answers and context to questions raised throughout the years. There's also more footage coming in weekly, cameras on Chris at hight points throughout the years, things we didn't even know were covered until recently.

We have promised you as comprehensive of a story on Chris Whitley's life and art as we can make. Even though we had a blueprint on how we were going to finish production on this project to get into editing, that blueprint is changing to accommodate and factor in these new opportunities for this story and film.

As long as we have until Friday, lets keep this going, expanding the goals to keep expanding the movie.

If you have given already thank you and please keep spreading the word about this important project we're now all apart of. If you haven't, your donations will still go directly to helping us realize the fullest vision of this story and will enable us to make some of the serendipitous opportunities that have arisen in the first 25 days of this fundraising, into a reality that will no doubt further enhance the content of this important documentary.

Thanks again and again.

Michael and Jon
