North American Orders - Shipping News

Hi Backers!

Thanks for your comments and feedback. For those of you who have received your shirts and shared your thoughts - we very much appreciate it!

North American backers are slowly receiving their tracking information, as orders have been despatched, and continue to be fulfilled, from our Vancouver, Canada, distribution centre. This is so we can absorb the cost of any duties/taxes that may be accrued.

Orders arrived from Bangladesh packaged and wrapped with each customer's information attached. With that being said, one box of orders could contain an order from a Vancouver customer and then other orders belonging to customers in the US. For this reason, we're not able to ship certain orders before others. This is largely what's causing any perceived delays from our Vancouver customers at this time.

Your goods are coming, we promise, even though it hasn't always seemed that way. We are receiving tracking updates hourly and are relaying this information to the appropriate North American customers. If you haven't received a tracking update, you can expect one soon.

      "perceived delays" is kind of a rediculous term. I'm ok to wait, but when you post to everyone saying they are shipping June 23....and then August rolls around, those are not percieved, those are delays to the only plan you have shared with us. Calling them percieved at this point causes me to distrust your company and your planning skills. Seems like with a little foresight, I could have been told that I'll be getting my tracking number in September would have set up realistic expectations, instead I have you promising me one thing, and then saying that we are right on schedule more then a month later? Rediculous...

      Phil/Joel,

      My apologies for any shipping mistakes. Under both of your pledges, I have specific addresses listed. Phil - As mentioned in the update, we are shipping directly from Vancouver, meaning zero duties and taxes nor shipping costs will be accrued.

      Linda - As mentioned, not all North American customers have their tracking yet. We're 90% of the way there. You'll be update as soon as we can!

      ..and noted that PIMLICO PERFORMANCE APPAREL LT is in fact the JV behind Duer. So yes, I too have received a tracking number rather than store delivery - please confirm this will not result in additional customs and shipping fees when I go to sign for this delivery.

      So I as well live in Vancouver and opted for pick up in store, but I received a UPS notice whose shipper was listed as "PIMLICO PERFORMANCE APPAREL LT" - is that the name of the company manufacturing the shirt for Duer, and therefore it's being shipped to my home vs to the store?

      I live in North America on the west coast. Didn't receive any tracking information.

      I received a tracking number but chose in Vancouver pick up. Is that a known issue?

      If I happen to be in Vancouver, could I just pick up the order from the store instead of having it shipped? Or does that mess up the entire system?
