An Update from our Founder
Now is the most exciting - and most frustrating - time in our process. We shared our big idea. You told us you loved it. Now we have to make sure we deliver what we promised.
So here's the deal. We told you that we made the most amazing fabric. It's true, but it wasn't easy. The first batch was perfect in wrinkle resistance but less than perfectly soft. The second try made a very soft shirt without enough wrinkle resistance. Finally, on the third try, we got the most amazingly soft, wrinkle resistant fabric. We’re so happy with it, and you're going to love it. Now our mills are making that fabric for us. The problem is, since it took us three tries to perfect the fabric, our timelines were delayed. This fabric will take 45 days to produce. Then we need about six weeks to make the shirts, and then we'll ship them out.
When we planned this project, we thought we could deliver in March. We could have with the original fabric, but it wouldn't have been as good a shirt. Our promise to you is the best possible product. And you're going to get it. A bit later than we hoped.
Shipping will start in mid-May, with the aim to complete by June.
If you need to yell at us, we understand. We'll take it. Because you yelling about timelines now is easier for us to take than yelling about an inferior product later.
So, please stay with us. You'll be happy you did.
As always, thank you for your patience and support.
