@Donna Predmore: Hi Donna, we have no present plans to print or sell shirts. We will consider it for the future
How can i order a tshirt
I'm not a bragging man, but I don't turn down compliments. I know we rock!
The Playtest draft looks like this game is going to be a lot of fun! I can't wait to read over this PDF, because I have a feeling my group will be experiencing this game before I actually get the print copy.
A big thank you for throwing in the prefab scenarios too! Seeing adventure ideas and scenarios from the game designers always helps me get a better grasp on how the game works.
You all rock!
baseball sliding past that tier in at the last day! now to see how many hundreds come in these last few hours!
@Chase Street: yep! Check your messages
Looks like we'll all be getting early access to the core rule book!
Congrats to Gregory and Drunk & Ugly Games!
@Gregory: I've been known to write some short stories myself, and this setting seems to lend itself well to coming up with a unique story. Plus, when the Goblins are added in... Well, I'm imagining some funny moments to be sure.
I'm sure I'm not alone when I say that I can't wait to see what you come up with!
Congrats to you and to Drunk and Ugly Games LLC!
@Chase Already got a couple pages on that short story and a general direction I'd want it to go
Woo hoo! First stretch goal has been unlocked!
@Chase: We're all a little dizzy with excitement. I can't wait to see how many goals we hit either.
Hmm... Apparently I struggle with typing at night, lol. I meant that I can't wait to see how many stretch goals we unlock!
Anyway, keep up the great work guys!
Congrats on being funded! I love the idea behind this game, and I can't wait to see how what stretch goals we end up unlocking.
I'm glad to see the project is fully funded. I love your guy's style of rping so I look forward to the games you'll all eventually run with it!
I might have misunderstood the design of the descriptions, but it would be cool to have a mid level stretch goal that releasing the alpha test to all current backers during the KS run time. It would give you more alpha testers early, and us an earlier book.
If that is already the plan or it just auto releases to all backers early totally ignore me. :)
@Chase Street: Thanks for the vote of confidence! It's looking like we'll hit funding at this rate and ideally a couple of stretch goals. Keep an eye out for future Actual Plays and interviews with Greg.
We're just over 75% of the way there with almost 3 full weeks to go! Feeling like this one is definitely going to get funded, and I'm hoping we can pick up some steam and get a stretch goal or two.
Nice to be able to hear some of the playtests too. Keep up the great work, Gregory!
@Gregory: Just from what I heard in the video and on the Campaign page, it looks like you have succeeded! Goblins have always been among my favorites, and the setting that you have is so different than what I've seen before. Post apocalyptic games have always been among my very favorite, so combining that with Goblins is just an awesome idea!
Monsters and goblins as characters has 100% been done before, and I've enjoyed a number of those games. Goblin Quest, Havok Brigade... 40K orks are even listed as an inspiration in the book, except that they had some level of dignity, success, and reasoning behind their nonsense.
But I like to think I gave Gobblin' its own unique spin in both setting, mechanics, and what makes them so gobliny
Just had to get in on this campaign! One of my favorite off the wall games by Green Ronin was Ork! where you got to "bring terror to the squishy man villages."
This one made me think of that, but it seems like there is a lot more potential with this game. This is definitely one that I'm looking forward to!
Well rewards as they are, looks like I'm running a game for my family at some point!
You can do this!!!! Raise that money Greg's so talented and dedicated ... Let's make this a reality for him.
Gobblin' is about the underdogs after somebody let go of their leashes
Haha sounds fun. I once ran a 3.5 edition game of DnD and everyone was Kobolds, the little guys trying to make it big.
Thanks for being the first to back the project! This project is all about the little guys who finally have the chance to be powerful little guys.
Ohhh I'm the first backer. Game looks neat, I have always had a soft spot for the underdogs.
