The goal of the game is to collect the most valuable farm animals for Farmer Brown to sell on Market Day. You do this by playing cards face-down from your hand and declaring what they are, then giving one other player a choice to decide if you are bluffing or telling the truth. If they choose correctly, THEY get the Farm Animal card(s) you played, but if they guess wrong, YOU get the card instead. Whoever wins Farm Animal cards adds them to their collection. But you may also get Crows, pests that irritate Farmer Brown and count against you in the scoring. If you are a terrible fibber, then we have the solution for you! You are allowed to make the animal noise of the animal you are "claiming," we have found that gets everyone laughing.
1.) Place the 5 Animal Bonus cards in order of value (Cow, Pig, Sheep, Goat, Chicken).
2.) Place the Set Bonus cards in a stack on the table.
3.) Place 1 Robber and 1 Excuse Me Token in the middle of the table, face-down, for each player in the game and mix them up. (A 3 player game would have 3 Robber and 3 Excuse Me Tokens in the middle)
4.) Everyone draws a Token, looks at it, and then keeps it secret.
5.) Now add the Scarecrow Token, face-down, to the tokens in the middle and mix them up.
6.) Shuffle the Farm Animal deck and deal out cards according to the number of players: 6 cards to each player for a 2-4 player game, 5 cards to each player for a 5-6 player game.
7.) Remove 8 random cards from the deck and return them to the box.
8.) Select the First Player (the last person to have visited a farm) and begin!
Actions to take during your turn:
- Pick a player, pass them a card(s), and claim an animal. (This could be a bluff or not)
- Current player may play action tokens if they have them.
- End your turn by drawing your hand back up to the hand limit.
- (You may play your Action Tokens before or after your bluff, that is up to you.)
Example of Bluffing:
- 75 Animal Cards
- 15 Crow Cards
- 13 Action Tokens
- 5 Animal Bonus Cards
- 10 Set Bonus Cards

We want to thank the board gaming community for their support. There is a ridiculously long list of people that have played a huge part in getting this game to where it is today. HUGE shout out to Mr. Cuddington, our art team, they crushed it. They are so insanely talented; we were so lucky to lock them down for this project. Big shout out to the Dice Tower Network peeps that are featuring our game on their segments, they are such great supporters! The community at Kickstarter Boardgame Spotlight, what a great group of gamers. The Boardgaming Group on Facebook, such supportive people! The dynamic duo, Jamey Stegmaier and James Mathe, good cop, and bad cop, without their resources; there is no way this campaign would be where it is. Lastly, my wife; who has put up with my long nights of work for the past year getting this game ready for the launch. I promise you a vacation when this is over :)
We are indebted to so many for the good fortune and kindness we have been shown. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Risks and challenges
The game box in the video is a prototype. We are currently building a high quality tuck box. This will save room on your shelf and keep shipping costs down. (We might have stretch goals that affect this statement.)
We understand this is our first published game and there are things we will encounter that could really set us back. With that said, we want to give you gals and guys complete confidence in our preparation. We have studied from the likes of Jamey Stegmaier, James Mathe, and sought the council of countless successful Kickstarter creators. We have planned out all possibilities of manufacturing, choose the best fit for us and this project, and have quoted out all possible stretch goals. We have talked to countless shipping options and we have settled on the most reliable and affordable to fulfill our project. We have all files prepped and ready, when the campaign ends, we should have a very short turn around to start production. Our goal is to smash the expected delivery expectation. We are putting a 100% guarantee on the game, if you don't love it, send it back, we will refund your pledge. This is a zero risk deal. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to send us a message or leave a comment.
Your board gaming friends,
James, Doug, and Ian
