Good evening, creeps and creatures. We are Ali Leriger de la Plante and Natasha Tara Petrović, and together, we make Dream Cake! Dream Cake is a comics collaboration between the two of us. Together, we've created Ophiuchus, a webcomic, and now we would like to bring you THE CURIOUS MYSTERY INVOLVING DRACULA AND THE WOLFMAN. The story was written by Ali, and adapted into a comic by Natasha.

The Curious Mystery Involving Dracula and the Wolfman is a short romp into the world of spectacular spooks and fantastic fools. The day before the birthday of Dracula’s good friend Frankenstein, the Count is subject to his own attempted murder...but more importantly, the would-be killer has stolen his gift for the Monster! With the help of Wolfman, will Dracula be able to solve the mystery and recover the gift before the party?

Now that we've hit our initial goal, we can show you some fun stretch goals!

Hello! We're Ali and Natasha, two comics artists who have been working together to create tasty comics for you. Together, we created the webcomic Ophiuchus, a sci-fi fantasy adventure about two robots and a skeleton trying to defeat a malignant virus before it rewrites the DNA of the very universe. Natasha is also the flat colorist for the Webtoon series The Sword Interval by Ben Fleuter, and Ali is also the solo creator of the webcomic Autofaction.
Dracula is our second full comic project together, but certainly not the last. Based on a short story written by Ali, it's a fun mystery/comedy romp including some of your classic creepy favourites, such as Dracula, Wolfman, Van Helsing, Frankenstein, the Creature from the Black Lagoon, and many more!

Thank you so much for reading! We'd really appreciate it if you would spread the word about our campaign on social media.

Risks and challenges
The primary risk associated with this Kickstarter is underestimating the shipping costs. The way Kickstarter accounts for shipping makes it difficult to account for exact costs. FORTUNATELY, we know lots of people who have run comics kickstarters before, and with help from them we think we've done the math correctly.
That's also the reason we decided to do a smaller run of the book -- this is our first kickstarter, and we didn't want to bite off more than we could chew -- so the risks are mitigated by limited scale. Overall, we're not expecting anything that would actually prevent the books being printed and delivered.
