£30k approaches!

Together, we are quickly approaching our £30000 Free Adventure stretch goal!

Now that's a good one! A FREE adventure that follows on directly from the starting adventure to double it's length! Everyone at every pledge level gets this for free, and there will be an option to include the softcover as an add-on at the same price we pay for printing!

Keep sharing the campaign, and shouting about it from the rooftops and we will SMASH that stretch goal!

£50k Stretch Goal | The Neon City: Tokyo 2185 Sourcebook

If, or should I say WHEN, we hit £50k, we will include a 100 page sourcebook for cyberpunk adventures in The Neon City, Tokyo 2185! Once again, this will be a free PDF to all our backers, with the option to add-on the softcover for the very same price it'll cost us to print!

This means you'll be able to play 2185 in San Francisco, OR Tokyo, or perhaps have campaigns where you visit BOTH right at launch!

We'll release more details about both the £30k Adventure, The Neon City: Tokyo 2185 Sourcebook, and the mystery stretch goals when we hit £30k

Mostly because of the number of spells, I would think. But yes.

      @John
This will surely be a complete sourcebook for implementing/tweaking all the magic into Carbon.

John, that's a pretty cool idea. We'll consider that for sure!

A stretch goal I would like to see:

Advice/rules on how to incorporate D&D classes and archetypes with Carbon 2185, for those who might want to use it as the basis for Urban Fantasy and Shadowrun style settings.

      So:
Which Carbon class would you apply the Eldritch Knight to? And the other half-caster archetypes (the one for the rogue, and so on).

And what you have to do to modify the D&D base classes to use them directly.

Hi Todd! Sorry I missed your comment at first. Everyone who backs at any pledge level gets all the stretch rewards!

Does everyone who backed get the unlocked items? If not can you buy at a discount if you backed?

Well, count me in for a softcover in case.. well more like as soon as we reach it!

Hi Miguel, it won't be bringing more archetypes. Normally extra archetypes are released six months to a year after a core rulebook, because that gives the publisher enough time to see what people want.
Hi Scott, we don't know the exact price, but the PDF will be free to all backers. The softcover will probably be around £10.
Lukas, we wanted to give people Tokyo before looking at anything European, because so much great Cyberpunk literature and media is either IN Tokyo, or comes from Tokyo. As for future settings, we can't say anything yet

Do you have a London setting in mind as well for the future? In a way, I'm kind of surprised you didn't go with that yet. Though obviously the big Californian and/or Washington sprawls are classics in the cyberpunk genre, Tokyo even more so.

Love the idea of a Tokyo setting! How much extra would we have to add on to get it?

Will The Neon City: Tokyo 2185 Sourcebook bring more archetypes?
