GET YOUR SWEETHEART SOMETHING RED FOR VALENTINE'S DAY!... ZOMBIES!!!!!
Let's just say that you've never heard of geocaching, that's cool. You don't need to know what it is to have fun with this game. (BTW: It's a world-wide high tech treasure hunt)
WHY THIS ZOMBIE GAME IS DIFFERENT THAN OTHER ZOMBIE GAMES?
Here's why! In most Zombie games you are either trying to survive waves of Zombies or get to a safe zone. In ZAG you are still trying to achieve the main goal of the base game. Collecting geocaches. If you can survive the Zombie hoards and collect enough caches, you win as a human. However, if a Zombie lands on you will become a Zombie... but you still geocache. You can win the game as a Zombie, but only if you turn all of the other human players into Zombies and you are the best Geocaching Zombie.
Why not just wait for this expansion pack to be released and buy it then?
Well, because you will receive special Kickstarter promotional items that won't come with the base expansion pack.
At every level above DEADHEAD, you will receive each of the following promo cards.
You will also receive 26 card stands so that the Zombies will be 3-D when they walk around the board.

HOW IT PLAYS
Cache Me If You Can! is a game of exploration, screwage and sub-plots. In the base 2-4 player game you are racing against other players to be the first to collect enough geocaches and geocoins to win the game.
NOW ADD IN ZOMBIES!
You start the game as normal geocachers, but you are aware that something is up. Traveling to the Mega-Event, you meet up with "a guy" who gives you Zombie related equipment... the kind of stuff that you can't get in the sporting goods store.
As soon as a player moves out into the woods. A couple of Zombies start to move towards that player (unless they have Blood & Guts) revealing tiles as they go. Some of those tiles may be additional Zombies. Collect geocaches and coins while avoiding or defeating Zombies.
No dice for movement or combat resolution. Choose your path wisely!
The above video shows pieces from the 1st edition of the game. The play is basically the same, but the components are much heavier.
Review of the first edition from boardgamegeek.com
"I love a NUMBER of things about this expansion pack. The best part of it (in my opinion) is that it essentially turned the original game into a COMPLETELY different game. Yes, the original concept is still incorporated, but strategies and game-play are affected enough to make the game FEEL completely different. At first this concerned me, because I was afraid the game would lose some of its fun, but for me and my family it just created a completely different KIND of fun!!! You'll understand when you are trying to get out of the store but you can't because there is a long line of zombie hordes blocking your escape! Where is that bicycle when I need it? Oh yeah, my son has it and he's holed up in the abandoned cabin racking up points by taking out zombies as they walk past! You have to play it to understand, and you won't regret the relatively inexpensive expansion pack that essentially turns one great game into two." - Brian Klinger
Risks and challenges
We are once again using a printer with a very fast turn around time. The Superhero expansion pack was shipped out within days of the conclusion of the campaign. We were able to place the order because we could see that we were going to meet our goal early on.
The same applies here. That being said. One never knows what can happen, so we vow to keep you informed every step of the way.
