Any news ? Have not heard anything in a month. I hope you are getting fresh beans on a regular basis, because by the time I get my beans they will be out of date. Fresh beans only last about 12 months.

Assuming I'm dead-last in the queue and I get my coffee tomorrow, that would mean that you could only handle about 5.6 customers per (week)day. (502 customers/90 days)
Assuming the average customer receives 5 bags of coffee, that's only 28 roasts/day.
Since we paid an average of $50/customer, you're trying to run a business on $282.50/day.
This is a poor business model.
Still waiting. My original plan was to gift them for a birthday- that birthday passed, and so has the two others I was thinking of gifting these for. Why won't you fill the customers orders that supported you from the beginning instead of the basic amazon roasts? Seems like ill planning and bad customer service. Someone that ordered 7 months ago should get their order much sooner.

What a bullshit f'ng non answer. We sent you money months ago. If you have limited resources, you should be working to fulfill those orders before you take on new responsibilities.
Your attitude is obviously to blow off the Kickstarter customers because we have no recourse except bitching on the comments page.
If you didn't fulfill the Amazon orders they would drop you from the store like a hot potato.
Be an adult and admit you are over your head. Be honest and stop lying about "we'll get to you soon.". Just tell folks you have no timeline and someday we'll get our coffee but you have no idea/plan for when that will be.
I'm also waiting for my Nespresso pods, as well as a reply to any of my help desk emails, or Kickstarter direct msgs. I have been sending Kickstarter msgs since June/July without answers, and help desk msgs since over a month ago with no reply.

I had a very nice email that my coffee was ready to ship and on it's way. On the day it should have been delivered, I instead got a note from the post office telling me I have to go pay $5 due to insufficient postage. I sent an email but heard nothing back from DOERS. Anyone else have this happen? Was this supposed to happen and I didn't read the fine print? Pretty inconvenient to have to get to the post office during their limited hours here!
@Larry Minch - Need your patience. Hunting down the past couple of emails. Our last couple of days has been following up on the latest queue for address confirmations and the such. As our previous update mentioned that we've been swamped in getting the coffee + replying back. Hang in there as we're getting to the orders by the dozens.

So, I'm wondering if this was backed and funded back in April how long will it take until we got our rewards? It's very odd I've gotten other rewards from other projects that were funded way after this one ended. I read all updates but maybe at this point this is a bust and we aren't receiving our coffee and items! Mind you the original ship date was back in June, It doesn't take that long to roast coffee.

I remember the gif of people jumping up and down with excitement when this project was funded. I didn't know that was how I was going to feel when my coffee finally shows up, if it shows up. This is frustrating.
How many unfulfilled promises do we have to receive before seeing some sort of resolution? Just to make things clear, I could really care less that I'm out a few bags of coffee. It's more about providing support to your supporters. Kevin, think about how many other entrepreneurs would have loved to have the opportunity you were provided. Stop with the "updates" and get it together. Your auto-reply for your "help desk" seems to be working just fine.
