Linking The Numbers
Linkerdon is an easy to play board game with simple rules.
As the name suggests, you have to "link" or line up your cards on the board.
Players take turns to link their cards on the board.
When you have a greater or equal number in your hand, you can "link" your cards.
When you "link" your cards next to your opponent's cards, you must battle with your opponent.
In order to battle with your opponent, you need to have a greater or equal number as well.
When your card has a greater number in battle, you "knockout" your opponent's card.
Character cards which are "knockout" are removed from the board.
If your card has the same number in battle, both cards are "knockout" and removed from the board.
When a player "knockout" a character or character(s), he/she will draw an action card(s).
There are in total 4 different action cards.
Action cards can only be played during the player's own turn, before he/she plays a character card onto the board.
There is no limit to how many action cards a player may play in a single turn.
The maximum number of action cards a player may hold up to is 3.
Linkerdon is simple to setup.
Players play on a 18 x 18 play mat.
Each player draws their character cards from their own deck of 36 character cards and starts with a flag card.
The basic setup requires your flag to be placed in the 8th row, 5th column on the board.
Once a player's flag have been "captured", he/she loses.
All players draws from a shared deck of 36 action cards.
After deciding which player starts first, all players start with 3 character and 1 action card.
