Important: Clarifications, Reminders

I apologize for the second update in a row, but I wanted to clarify our last update and send some reminders as well:

If you have not received the Kickstarter Survey asking for your mailing address for this project: Please check your payment status. These are sent by Kickstarter to anyone who's payment has been processed.

If you have been asked, via email or on Kickstarter to enter your mailing address, email, and whether you'd like to join our mailing list then you have filled this out already.

If your kickstarter payment has not cleared and you have not received the survey - you have about 11 days to fix your payment before kickstarter removes you as a backer. There are about 1000 people who's payment has not cleared, so if you have not received the survey please check on this.

If you have filled out the kickstarter survey but have not received the email with the subject: "ACTION REQUIRED: Please confirm your Digispark "Kickstarter rewards" order." Then please check your spam folder and then send us an email at support at digistump dot com - with your name as entered on your survey/kickstarter account. We will resend the email to you.

If you have filled out the kickstarter survey, received the email with the subject: "ACTION REQUIRED: Please confirm your Digispark "Kickstarter rewards" order." And followed those instructions to re-enter/confirm your order:

You're all set - thank you for re-entering/confirming your order! You will NOT receive a confirmation email after that, you can confirm your order with the link in that email at any time.

If you received this but did not ever order/add any extras - no action is required, but you can still use the link in the email to confirm your order and add extras.

If you have got that email but have not re-entered/confirmed your order - please do so! You have until Monday the 17th to confirm your order/add extras.

More information on why the original personal backer pages do not work: http://www.kickstarter.com/projects/digistump/digispark-the-tiny-arduino-enabled-usb-dev-board/posts/306680

If you've read all of the above and still have a question: Email us at support at digistump dot com

Thank you all for your understanding and support - don't hesitate to contact us with any questions!

Thanks for keeping us in the loop. I hope to include your product in an upcoming KickStarter project of our own. It is great to see a lot of the behind the scenes issues... You guys are doing an awesome job. I have backed several other projects that don't give these type of updates.

There is definitely NO NEED to apologize for keeping your backers informed! I hope to see lots of your updates in the future!

Hope i did it all correctly, I really don't remember what extras I did so I winged it to equal what I paid.

      Thanks for the update!

I'll take daily updates over the lack of updates on many projects. Part of the reason I back a project is to be included in the process so I can see how it's done.
