So... are we never getting the promised rewards?

    2. Creator Oblivion Toad on June 9

I thought that I was missing out on a Backer Reward. Still seem to be. I'm pretty patient. Just hoping we get an update as to the whys and wheres. Creators have lives, and I know that some have exceptionally difficult circumstances in which to operate.

    3. Creator Jeff "SnowyThing" Weiss on April 10, 2015

Did he drive that Pac-Man arcade machine to Wil Wheaton yet?

    4. Creator Michael Ward on March 29, 2015

Richard hasn't updated in over a year and clearly has no intention of fulfilling the remaining rewards. I reported this project to Kickstarter and would encourage everyone still waiting on rewards to do the same. Perhaps we can at least get some sort of refund.

    5. Creator gwiffon on February 12, 2015

Just chiming it that we're going on 3 years here waiting for our rewards. An update would be nice.
I'm having a hard time enjoying your comic when each update reminds me that you are neglecting your backers.

    6. Creator Katy P on January 28, 2015

Can we get some kind of update please? I really respect you as an artist, but this lack of respect to your supporters is hurtful.

    7. Creator Gabrielle Maclennan on January 21, 2015

It is now 2015 and we haven't had so much as an apology for the non-existence of the rewards since last March. Richard Stevens may be busy but I've seen on his website that he has new merchandise, so he obviously has time for that. I want a concrete answer about if we are getting what we have already paid for.

    8. Creator Gareth Thomas on January 5, 2015

So apart from the USB robot thumb drives, which were nice, has anyone received any other item? I am one of the $250 pledgers who are still waiting on their prints.

    9. Creator andvaranaut on November 3, 2014

Don't forget about the promised guest comic book... I would appreciate some word on its status also. Even just an explicit "not happening forget about it LOL", as the attitude towards the project seems to indicate, would give us some closure. I would be perfectly happy with just digital distribution of whatever is done, if shipping, printing or waiting for some people to finish is what's holding that part of the project down.

    10. Creator Heisjustauser on October 21, 2014

This project is probably the biggest disappointment of all backed projects for me, as I was really looking forward to receiving the print I backed for. The most sad thing is, that the projects creator happily continues his own website with new projects and products without giving at least the smallest update or explanation here from time to time.

    11. Creator Katy P on October 1, 2014

I would appreciate an update as well. The lego heart was going to be an anniversary present that has obviously long passed.

    12. Creator Gabrielle Maclennan on September 20, 2014

I agree with Michael. Unless you have been in jail for the last two years, this is unacceptable. Either finish the Lego or issue refunds to those of us paid for them. I think 2 years is waiting patiently enough.

    13. Creator Michael Ward on August 30, 2014

It's now 2 years past the estimated delivery date for the Lego skulls. It's obvious these will never be any sort of priority to you and you have no real intention of building them. Any chance that you'd be willing to provide some sort of refund to those of us who have given up on ever receiving them?

    14. Creator Richard Stevens on March 1, 2014

I have not forgotten- it's just turned out to be much, much more work than planned and I've had other commitments and difficulties that have gotten in the way. I'm not pulling any nonsense and appreciate no one sending thugs to my house.

    15. Creator Barbara Skoda on March 1, 2014

Hi Richard, with the second anniversary of the projects funding coming up do you have any plans to ever ship the outstanding rewards?

    16. Creator Heisjustauser on January 17, 2014

what is up... at least report on the status of what is going on.

    17. Creator Michael Ward on December 29, 2013

Almost 4 months since the last promise to deliver the Legos. Are the remaining items to be delivered from this kickstarter even on your radar at this point?

    18. Creator Monica on December 12, 2013

Just checking if the prints have shipped yet? My address detaisl in Aus haven't changed, but I'm still waiting on mine. Any update would be appreciated, thanks!

    19. Creator Richard Stevens on November 5, 2013

I have a backup on Dropbox that should work as long as a million people don't use the link:

    20. Creator edosan on November 5, 2013

Back in May you said you were going to make it possible to re-download the books for people that had lost their copies. Is this still happening?

    21. Creator Heisjustauser on September 3, 2013

its not really having to wait, which may slightly annoy some of us... it is the lack of updates. Even a monthly list of things which need still to be done would be nice to know whether one missed a shipment...

    22. Creator Richard Stevens on September 1, 2013

I promise, you will get those Legos. I made the mistake of really, really, really stupidly overscheduling myself last year and am finally almost out from under it. There will be no hat-eating required, just apologies on my part for the delay.

    23. Creator baldnate on September 1, 2013

      ... Lego update?

In reality, I'm just assuming that I'm not going to get my Lego sculpture, and that makes me sad. Given that you seem to be a workaholic with regards to everything else, I've only got a couple guesses on what is holding things up:

      1. Legal issues involving the use of Star Wars material.
      2. No interest in fulfilling the remaining rewards.

But hey, I'll eat my electronic hat... if I ever get my Lego sculpture in the mail.

    24. Creator Michael Ward on June 20, 2013

Some sort of update on outstanding items would be really nice, especially the Legos.

    25. Creator Heisjustauser on May 28, 2013

Dude, some heads up about the progress with posters and stuff really would be appreciated... it has been more than a year now since the end of the kickstarter. Maybe you should consider doing some progress bar like OOTS ;)

    27. Creator baldnate on May 21, 2013

Any update on Legos? That would make my day.

    28. Creator Sish Gupta on March 21, 2013

No worries, I just wanted to make sure that it didn't get lost in the mail. Thanks Richard

    29. Creator Richard Stevens on March 15, 2013

Yup! I have really underestimated what it takes to do a couple hundred mostly different prints.

    30. Creator Sish Gupta on March 15, 2013

Hi, are you still working on prints? I haven't gotten mine yet. Thanks!

    31. Creator Richard Stevens on January 30, 2013

Hoping to get back into all the prints and Lego bits next week. I started before Christmas but Christmas got completely out of hand. I think the recession ended and nobody warned me. ;)

    32. Creator Barbara Skoda on January 29, 2013

Hi Richard, do you have a rough estimate on how much longer you'll need for the prints?

    33. Creator baldnate on January 22, 2013

      Any update on Lego sculptures?

    34. Creator andvaranaut on January 13, 2013

Hi there! Any news on the progress of the guest comic book? Just asking nicely :) Got my Red Robot way back in the day (and LOVE it!)

    35. Creator Richard Stevens on December 30, 2012

I still have to sit down and make prints, but all the Red Robot packs went out in July with very few exceptions! Drop me a line if it's missing. ( )

      (I can't track international stuff. )

    36. Creator Andy Bates on December 30, 2012

Hey man... any update on shipping to the UK..? It's been a while now...

    37. Creator Christopher Day on December 28, 2012

Hi. I pledged for the "Are You A Repli-Can or a Repli-Can't?" level but haven't recieved my Print yet. Have those gone out yet?

    38. Creator Heisjustauser on October 16, 2012

eagerly awaiting my signed print :)

    39. Creator Richard Stevens on October 2, 2012

@baldnate Fingers crossed, I can start on Legos and prints in about a week. I only just barely managed to get all the books done before Comicon/moving/wedding armageddon blew a hole in my summer. Haven't forgotten, though!

@John Fiala You should have had it in your Kickstarter inbox back in July. Message me if it's not there and I'll relink.

    40. Creator baldnate on October 2, 2012

Is there an updated estimate on when Lego sculptures will be sent out?

    41. Creator John Fiala on September 4, 2012

So - as an $8 pledger, when do we get the ebook?

    42. Creator Tarwin Stroh-Spijer on April 11, 2012

Yeah, sorry about pointing it out - my eagle eyes always make looking at not-quite-perfect images a bad experience. I'm sure for 99% of people it would be fine. (I have trouble watching Netflix sometimes if that gives you an idea)

    43. Creator Richard Stevens on April 11, 2012

Argh. I'm seeing it now. More bugs to fix!

    44. Creator Richard Stevens on April 11, 2012

The iBooks software fights to use jpgs for some insane reason unless you trick it with transparent images. My older iBooks were done before the current update. Not sure which book you're looking at. Any mush is unintentional.

    45. Creator Tarwin Stroh-Spijer on April 11, 2012

Sweet - tried the iBook download on my brand spanking new iPad 3. Looks amazing ...

      except ...

Is there any reason you're using JPG compression instead of PNG? It's not very noticeable (even to my eagle eyes) but, when you get red, it starts to look all horrid murky.

    46. Creator Lance Trahan on March 16, 2012

Loved the last question on the survey.
For some reason using "n/a" didn't come to mind, just "There is no other, only Zuul". O_O

    47. Creator Daphne Pfister on March 16, 2012

After reading the survey I wonder if newer versions of pbmtoascii supports OCR of text. Alas I haven't had access to any machines running VMS in over a decade....

    48. Creator Richard Stevens on March 16, 2012

@DarkX2 People seem to be picking "other" and putting n/a in the slot underneath. Doing my best with the options available!

    49. Creator DarkX2 on March 16, 2012

The Questions are missing a "none" option.

    50. Creator Richard Stevens on March 12, 2012

      @Hugo Looks fine to me!
