Also guards could use the same back as fighters, bandits the same as rogues or rangers, I guess. That could cut down on production cost.
Those would obviously also be further incentive to go for a higher pledge level with more sets. Goblins, orcs, bandits and guards mostly come to mind. The latter maybe with two to four npc coins included as well. Could of course be combined into a goblin/orc set (6/6 similar to the undead set) and a human npc set (6 bandits, 6 guards or 5 bandits, 5 guards and 2 general npcs).
Some additional horde sets would be useful, such as goblins, kobolds, etc. that are commonly encountered in numbers. NPC, guard, soldier, etc. could also find potential use.
