After sending several messages on 01/3/2014 and 01/12/2014 to figure out the size/style you wanted, we did not hear back. You filled out the survey on 05/18/2015, which is more than 15 months after first contacting you. Yet, we were willing to work with you as we believe in doing the right thing. As production is over a while ago, we mentioned over email that we can offer some other options from another collection. This fabric is from same Italian mills as used in our Kickstarter collection which has received many positive comments here and on facebook.
Nonetheless, we would like to resolve this issue amicably and we emailed and called within 1-2 hours of receiving your comment today. Once you get a chance, please respond to our email.
Wow, what a surprise. Shirt says Made In Jordan. Extremely low quality, and not close to the correct size. I sent actual measurements. Then also sent my regular shirt size measurement. Shirt received different size from what I requested. Sorry guys this is not at all a good experience.

VERY happy with my shirts and the customer service! It took longer than expected to receive the 2 shirts I ordered but I'm very happy with the design and quality. The only issue I had was the tailoring. The sleeves on both shirts were 1/2" short and the cuffs were too tight. After reaching out to Parag everything has been corrected. I can't say for sure whether I sent the wrong measurements or if Hucklebury mis-measured but it could easily be on me (likely).
EITHER WAY, Parag went out of his way to check with the factory to see if there was additional fabric that could be used to replace the sleeves. We coordinated via email and phone and after shipping the shirts back they replaced the sleeves for a nominal charge.
Now that I've got the adjusted shirts back I've been wearing them non-stop and I couldn't be happier with the fit, fabric, style, and service!

Hope you enjoyed the Superbowl. Firstly, we very much appreciate your tremendous patience.
Your particular order is ready, but couldn't be shipped last week due to inclement weather on east coast. As you may have heard, the east coast was hit really hard by one of the most crazy storms in US history, "Juno". Thus the factory was closed as many employees couldn't come to work. Nevertheless, your order will be shipped later this week and tracking no. will be sent to you as well.
Also, we have always been transparent with our reasons for delay in our updates and continue to respond to our valued backers concerns promptly via comments or emails.

It's has 3 months since the last delay. Dhawal had sent out only two announcements and (probably) with no intention to explain what's actually going/causing the delay. I have sent him a message and requesting for a refund at this point. Hope I will get an answer back from Hucklebury soon.

@Michael - Thanks for your question. You're not the only one, who has not receive the shirts. Based on our last update, you're among the 22% that has not receive the shirt. We weren't ignoring you by any means, just working with the factory so that we can give you a better estimate. Will send you an email offline with additional details.
Am I the only one who still HAVE NOT received the shirt nor a tracking info for the shipment? I messaged them with my concern but so far they have been ignoring me..not sure what's going on

@Chris - Thanks for your feedback. We've worked really hard to make sure we get the perfect fitting shirt for every backer, so we're unhappy to hear about the fit.
Before your shirts went in production, we emailed you on Sept 2, at 5:51am, saying that we noticed that the shirt length given was small, so may have been measured incorrectly, and requested you to confirm the length of the shirt. You replied promptly on Sept. 3 at 4:54pm saying that it is correct and that you're pretty short.
With all this being said, we're willing to work with you offline to try to find a solution.
Got my shirts finally, put them on only to be surprised that the shirts length reaches my BELLYBUTTON. I can't wear this!

I ordered a shirt through the Kickstsrter campaign, and after several months in, am happy to report my lavender Hucklebury shirt is the best fitting shirt in my closet.

Based on our last update, we had mentioned "We were expecting to complete 100% of all special orders by end of September, but it is being pushed to October by the manufacturer.
We have already communicated with you on October 11, 12 via email as well as spoken with this morning. We are actively working on resolving your issue. Thank you for your understanding.
Just wondering if you are actually doing work today or coming up with excuses on why you haven't come through with your promises yet?
You would think that a company over 6 months beyond the original date promised would check comments daily. Not this company! This company has no idea how to treat supporters and never follows through to make sure they are doing everything they can.

Great shirt, holds a lot more wrinkles that my BB Egyptian cotton shirts, I would buy more if there was a non-iron version because the fit is great!

My shirt was just delivered. I ordered the blue oxford. I love that this shirt is made in the USA, but I'm not thrilled that it is a bit see-through. Besides this, the fit is way off. It's far too billowy in the arms and torso. What is the best way to go about returning this shirt?

With that being said, it is not true that we don't have a clue of where orders are, else none so far would have been fulfilled and we would not have received any positive feedback. Further, we believe we've not given any misinformation as we clearly said "we are expecting to complete 100% of all orders by end of September." Nevertheless, we appreciate your continued feedback. How about you just say you don't have a clue on when orders will be filled! Getting updates saying the last update was wrong does nothing to satisfy the consumer. At this point, I will never wear your shirts because of how much delay and misinformation was given. I said pathetic before but it's worse than that. Give me a refund!
Thanks for your inquiry. We've definitely not forgotten about your order. Your order is being manufactured as we speak, and your order should ship in next 2 weeks or less. With multiple sizes, collars and alteration options that we provided created some additional burden on the factory, thus the long delay. With that being said, we're not slowing down or sleeping, until your orders are delivered. A new update will be posted later tonight PST.
