VR Update
One of the cool things about working with a Freedom Person shooter game is the ability for us to support all the new VR devices that are coming out.
We wanted to show you a little of our recent Oculus rift work.
Michael "Viewmaster" Morlan sat down and played our multiplayer test map with the OR, and we shot a little footage of the occasion.
One thing to note, the dual screen look is broken down to each side or for each eye. We hope you enjoy it.
There are almost 4 days left to get the word out, most Kickstarters have a large upsurge in the last couple of days, and we are gonna need it.
So continue helping us spread the word, make suggestions on our forums, and help us make sure we are able to build this amazing project together.
Thanks, and get ready for some really cool stuff we will be showing as we get closer to both our goal and the end of the campaign.
Thank you all for your continued support, we truly appreciate it.
All the best,
Eric "WIngman" Peterson

VR: the only reason I'm here... Thanks!

@Matt - most successful Kickstarter campaigns get 40% in their last 2 days - as for why didn't we post it, because we just got it working correctly - this is hot off the presses my man.

Cool, I wish you had posted this sooner; it might have helped widen the audience. Why do you still pretend like you're going to make it in every update when you know you probably won't make the goal?

This looks much better than I thought it would. Almost has an underwater feel (anyone remember Schleichfahrt/Archimedean Dynasty/AquaNox?).
Is this in-game music? Liking it very much, don't know if it fits the action, however.

Cool! I don't suppose you could post it again with the two sides reversed? If you do, it's work for cross-eyed-3D and we could see the depth without hardware. (That is - you cross your eyes until you see a central image, then focus on that. The effect is startling, but the images have to be the right way around or the depth effect is backwards and breaks your brain).

What kind of PR have you done? I am a huge fan of descent but heard nothing about this kickstarter until I just happened to be showing the Oatmeal card game to a friend. If you got the word out, I'm sure you would have been funded a long time ago.
I'm tying my best to spread the word, but jeez guys, where was the PR?
