Heyo backers,

First off, I need to apologise - I know my last update was a cut-and-paste update that went out to backers off all my Kickstarters. I really did want to send out another round of updates, talking about movements within each of the specific projects.

But my health started to take an immediate decline. Initially I wrote it off to being exhaustion and a head cold, so I tried to get a little extra sleep and popped some DayQuill. I had a few days where I almost felt normal, and during that time I did get some work done. But each night, I ended up passing out from exhaustion before getting around to posting an update.

Eventually, the hours spent trying to “catch up” on sleep got more and more ridiculous, when at one point on Friday it was noted that I thought I was constipated, but hadn’t eaten anything for 24 hours. Oh, and I guess there was that shooting pain whenever I moved side to side.

Well, an emergency room trip and cat scan later, and I was getting a result: appendicitis, and possibly ruptured. An emergency surgery later revealed that I was lucky that it didn’t rupture, but unlucky in that the appendix was three times the normal size, thus requiring an operating table complication with a longer abdominal incision needed.

That was late Friday night/early Saturday morning. I’m still nowhere near 100%, having just got the OK for a clear liquid diet yesterday. I’m hoping to get home in the next day or two, and get these projects done.

But in the meantime, I wanted to assure to you that I have not disappeared into thin air. That would be just the back of my nightgown.

Take as much time as you need to get better. Your health is more important right now.
That said, it is good to hear that you are starting to get better.

Hope you get well soon, don't worry about this game for now man, I'm sure everyone would agree that your health is more important than 3v3. It'll be cool when it's finished and arrives but your health should still be your number one concern.

Thanks for the update. Sorry to hear the news, take care & get well soon. Your health takes priority over some cardboard.

Thanks also for the nightgown imagery!! ;)
