Diception is a collection of minimalist mini games for use in tabletop role-playing games that are easy to learn and fun to play using only the dice you already have!!
It's about having fun while someone digs through the rule book, rolling dice with or against others at the table and adding another level of immersion to your game world! When your hero is sitting in a tavern and someone breaks out their dice to play a game of "7's" or the bar keep challenges them to a game of "Heroes Risk" you can play for real!
Why are we making this?
We noticed a large lack of awesome games in a collection, and that really bugged us. Every group of friends, families, or associates has a set of different games they play. That being said you can only play one game so much before you just get tired of it. This collection of games bring 30 games to your tabletop. They are all simple, easy to understand, and displayed in a wonderful fashion.
So if your players are worming their way out of a hags lair, trying to make some extra cash at their favorite tavern, or even passing time on a long caravan through the salt flats of your home brew world. Then this supplement is for you!
That is cool, but I do not play tabletop games?
Awesome, the best part about this supplement is all the games do not have a rule set that is all ready out there. Seriously, all you need is dice and the PDF (or physical copy) to get down on some fresh new games. These games are more then just tabletop. They are there own game in a wonderful fashion. So do not be worried about if you play tabletop games or not. If you love games, then get in here!
Diception is a light weight, fun, role playing game supplement designed to be played easily and with maximum fun.

Page explanation -
- Hourglass - The approximate time it takes to play one of this type of game.
- Group of People - This symbol represents the amount of people needed to play the game. If the A is next to the personal that means that any number may play, but obviously you need at least 2 to play.
- The Dice - These are the dice needed to play the game. The rules will explain if all players need the dice or if it is different dice for each role.
- The D20 with number - This symbol represents the page.
Why are we Quick-starting this?
The games are tested, the optional art and final layout is all that's left! The game will be finished very quickly (we're aiming for by the time Kickstarter gives us the money), and the PDF will be uploaded to DriveThruRPG, and proof copies ordered!
This is a fast campaign to help recoup some of the expenses incurred in making the game. As soon as it's done and the funds are delivered to Deep Dungeon Games you'll get your PDF and your codes for print-on-demand.

Will that push back our delivery date?
Nope! We've got artists in the background ready to go and willing to make art as we break stretch goals, we just have to make sure they get paid once we're done with the project! If we do add any additional art it will be drawn up alongside the Kickstarter and the two weeks after it closes before the money is delivered to our account :)
What is an At-Cost On-Demand Coupon?
The goal is to make this as streamlined as possible for us, so we're putting fulfillment duties into the capable hands of DriveThruRPG.
Soon after Kickstarter delivers the funds, backers will receive an at-cost code to print their books on DriveThruRPG.
They can order the codes they pledge for and get them shipped directly to them. Please keep in mind: backers will still need to pay for shipping costs and the at-cost price of the book.
Printing costs are estimated at around (or under) $5 USD for the softcover, and around (or under) $10 USD for the hardcover (premium color hardcovers cost more, so keep that in mind.)

This is something we wanted to do and get in front of backers and it isn't going to be extremely complicated or require all the work that goes into storing/packing/shipping that truly does takes away from our every day lives. With this, we get to make it fast and have fun doing it while still being able to deliver to backers in a timely manner!
Kickstarter is invaluable for a small company trying to get some reach and marketing, so here we are!
Risks and challenges
