In the time it takes to read this page, millions of power cords for mobile phones, iPads, and notebooks will slide off nightstands, side tables, and desks and fall to the ground. The global frustration created by this phenomena cannot be overestimated. This problem deserves an elegant solution.
Use OneLessDrop's top groove to keep your computer's power cord at the ready.
Use OneLessDrop's bottom groove to continually anchor the power cord to your mobile phone.
OneLessDrop is a solid block of recycled and recyclable aluminum - made from things like discarded wheels and engine blocks. Once extruded to shape, each OneLessDrop is hand finished (brushing or blasted finish TBD), then anodized for durability. Non-slip pads OneLessDrop ample grip.
Note: All images shown are concept renderings.
Made in America
The recycling, extrusion, hand finishing, anodizing, printing, and order fulfillment will all be performed by hard-working folks in Arizona.
Please be patient for your OneLessDrop(s) to arrive. As soon as this kickstart is successful, production will begin. We'll work hard to make the wait as short as possible. That said, tooling and initial production is scheduled to require 6-8 weeks.

OneLessDrop And Heckler Design's Logo
So you noticed the shape of OneLessDrop is the shape of Heckler Design's Logo? Good eye. Back in the fall of 2009, Heckler Design did not have a true trademark. I had tried a few ideas, but to no avail. At that time, OneLessDrop's design was nearing completion. It was purely form following function that led OneLessDrop to look like the letter "H". Eureka! Heckler Design had its trademark. In early 2010, I published the new Heckler Design logo and added it to OneLessDesk. At that time, the OneLessDrop project was on hold, so I could not reveal where the logo design actually came from. Thanks to Kickstarter, I can now.
