About this project
N30N City RUMBLE is a hardcore dueling card game for 2 players averaging 45 minutes. The game is set in a fused 80's-90’s pop-culture/dystopian city, swathed in radioactive waste and neon lights. Combat features 50+ unique items to use, inspired by classic beat em' up videogames. There are 20 fighters to choose from, each brandishing three unique super moves, martial arts, and weapon specialties. Victory is reached when a player defeats all of the opponent’s fighters.
COMPONENTS INCLUDED IN EVERY COPY OF THE GAME:
- Full-color Play Book
- Huge game play-mat!
- 20 Fighter cards
- 40 BRAWL cards
- 40 N30N cards
- 56 ITEM cards
- 1 Player 1 card

THE GAME BOASTS 56 ITEMS INSPIRED BY ALL YOUR FAVORITE BEAT 'EM UPS...
There are several different ways to learn how to play N30N City RUMBLE. Bookworms can flip through the "Playbook," while visual learners can check out the virtual tutorials at the official NCR YouTube channel. For you Spartans who prefer to jump right in, I've included a full "Play-Thru" of a game session. The Print-n-Play version of the game is free to download, so you can try the game out to see if it's your flavor before pledging.
Feel free to post all questions, concerns, and booyahs in the comments section!

Nuff said. This is the guy handling all of the "custom" character pledges, including Big Boss. Click here for more epicness:

Risks and challenges
You wouldn’t believe the hassle involved in making a beat ‘em up game!
To start, every punk, thug, and Signal will be searching for me on the streets, itching for a fight. Then we'll have all these psychotic Street Fighters kicking the bejesus out my printing press, trying to get “bonus” score points. Even the good-hearted Foot soldiers at the U.S. Post Office will have to face off against climate-controlled cyborg ninjas as they deliver your parcels! There’s so much chayos in N30N City that it would be a lie for me to tell you "everything will be fine."
Bad stuff will happen.
And I will punch it in the spleen. So keep calm, and get ready for awesomeness.Learn about accountability on Kickstarter
First off, you get $5 off for each additional copy of the game you order. :)
Backers increase their pledge level by $25 or $35 USD, depending on what pledge level they want. So if you want an extra copy of BRAWLER, add $25 to your pledge level; $35 for RUMBLER and all pledge levels beyond.
The shipping would increase to the second option, since I will have to ship it in a larger box. For Canada backers, the shipping would increase from $14 to $36 USD. A hypothetical pledge total for adding another copy of, let's say, BRAWLER would be $29 + $25 + $36 = $90 total.
For World backers, the shipping would increase from $19 to $56 USD. A hypothetical pledge total would for adding another copy of BRAWLER at the world shipping method would be $29 + $25 + $56 = $110 total.
Basically, if you add on posters or an additional copy of the game, it will increase your shipping from $14 to $36 for Canadians, and from $19 to $56 for everyone else in the world. Add anything beyond these figures, and the process starts all over again.
For example, if you order 3 copies of the game, then the third copy will ship in the Small Priority Box for $14 (Canada) or $36 (World).
Make sense? Kinda? Sorta? Hell no?
Leave a comment and I will do my best to remedy that! :)
Thanks to 1st-class EU Jedi Master, Jelle, I was informed of a loophole in the system that will save you World and Canada backers in customs and duty fees (psht!--whatever THOSE are). It's totally legit and is already being practiced by fellow Kicktstarters, such as Michael Coe of "Tiny Epic Kingdoms" fame. Check out this link to see what he did: https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/coe/tiny-epic-kingdoms/posts/739633
So this is the way international shipping will work for N30N City RUMBLE. The prices I listed under the "SHIPPING" tab do not change (that's the amount I MUST pay to USPS to have it shipped via Priority Mail). But! What I will do is claim only ONE value on the customs forms. I will deduct an additional "$6" from this imaginary amount to account for the shipping I factored into the budget for NCR.
It is to my understanding that If a package doesn't exceed the value amount of 22 euro then it doesn't get slammed with additional fees. Well, $23 USD = 17.17 euro, making it below the Doom Line. That said, I will be declaring $23 USD on all single copies of the game without add-ons.
Add-ons and extra copies of the game will muck this number up, and undoubtedly go over the Doom Line. If you know of a way for me to circumvent this, please leave a comment for me.
Not at this time. I am looking into the possibility of making this a post-Kickstarter option for people to pick up a copy of the game when it arrives hot off the press. If I decide to go this route, I will lay down the particulars in a future Update!
Because I've made it free to download under the "HOW TO PLAY" tab. Go ahead and print them out (I even included the backs of the cards). Try out my game, and if you like it, come back and pick up a copy of the real thing! ;)
