About this project
WE DID IT! BUT WAIT, THERE'S MORE!
We are setting a stretch goal of $11,000. By your continued support we will have the ability to install fly pads on as many holes as possible. So please continue to support this project and disc golf in general! Only 10 days left!
My name is David Wolverton and I am a Boy Scout with Troop 132 in East Brunswick, NJ. I am an avid disc golf player and for my Boy Scout Eagle project I am building an 18 hole professional disc golf course in Thompson Park. It is located in Jamesburg, NJ just 2 miles from the NJ Turnpike Exit 8a and centrally located between New York City and Philadelphia.
The course is a par 60 with recreational tees (white) at 6,040 feet and professional tees (blue) at 7,405 feet. The course is co-designed with Adam Harris, New Jersey's only certified Disc Golf Course Designer.

Utilizing unused land throughout the park allows a safe and highly competitive course layout. Play from the whites to hone your game or play from the blues and be challenged to score under par.

Risks and challenges
The biggest challenge is not being able to use business sponsorship on the tee signs to help offset costs. This is a county rule and we respect that. However, that means our disc community needs to step up along with friends and family. That is why we are using a Kickstarter campaign. Please help us overcome this challenge.Learn about accountability on Kickstarter
