    This is by far one of the best deals going. A whole slab of bacon, packaged (slabs not sliced, sorry) to order. Average weight is twelve pounds before curing and smoking, so expect a ten pounder. This bacon is outrageous. Period. I have ruined peoples' ability to eat cheap bacon, and I'm not sorry... These are unlimited, and a great value!! As a bonus, two invites to the menu tasting event.
