What makes a hitman different from a serial killer?

Ghost Assassin is the tale of hitman-for-hire, David. David isn't like other hitmen. He has the ability to see and interact with ghosts. David has no compunction about killing. To him, being dead is more natural than being alive. Unfortunately those he has killed do not see it the same way.
How can David's conscious ever be clean when the sins of his crimes literally haunt him?

The goal of this Kickstarter is to raise funds for the printing of issue #1 of the new Ghost Assassin ongoing series. The first issue of Ghost Assassin is print ready. All artwork, coloring, lettering and graphic design for the first issue are complete. Issue #1 is a 32 page full color comic written by Adam Watson with artwork by Joel Cotejar and Charles Carvalho with coloring by Edward Bola and Gulliver Silva. The cover for issue #1 is penciled by Joel Cotejar with coloring by Ceci De La Cruz.

This is the first time that this series will be presented in a full length ongoing format. The 10 page "Prelude" story will be represented as a back up tale in Ghost Assassin #1 with new lettering. This Kickstarter is an opportunity to do a soft relaunch of Ghost Assassin in an ongoing format, the way that it was originally intended to be. Ghost Assassin is a character driven tale that incorporates elements of the crime, suspense and supernatural genres.

Any surplus raised by this campaign will go towards finishing the production of issue #2. Issue #2 is a 32 page full color comic that features the stories "In The Cards" and "Origin". Issue #2 is written by Adam Watson with artwork by Joel Cotejar, colored by Ceci De La Cruz and inked by Mario Zimprich. In The Cards features a plot by Michael Colbert. All pages in issue #2 are penciled, all but 13 pages are colored.
Issue #3 has been fully penciled and is currently awaiting the coloring stage. Issue #3 is a 32 page full color comic and features the story "The Dig".

Risks and challenges
The risks with this project are extremely minor because the files are print ready. However there are always risks of delays due to printer error, files not transferring correctly, etc... I have built a great relationship with my printer and have worked with them for over 7 years. We do not anticipate any delays but I am confident that if any arise my printer will work effectively with me in order to overcome them quickly and efficiently.
