Out of Band Update, Feb 4, 2019
We've come a long way. I've worked the math, and shifted some priorities.
The end result, the Stretch Goals have been adjusted. We will unlock the digital enhancements at $15,000 and the Offset Print at $20,000. I was able to find a printer that I like even better who can do the print run for less, making this possible. Similar time table adjustments, adds about two months (8 weeks) to the delivery, but increased the paper weight, the saturation of the colors, and upgrades the binding. The DriveThruRPG book is nice. I have the proofs here beside me and they look good, upgrading to offset print opens up page weight options that take good to great.
When the digital enhancement goal is unlocked, I will work with Alyssa Faden to add VTT maps for DNH1 to the product, create a PDF of the entire book as a single file, and hire a PDF specialist to add links (internal and external) to the individual PDF's (DNH1, DNH2, DNH3, DNH4, and DNH5) as well as the new single volume version. Also, I will recreate the Map and Illustration PDF files to reflect the color version of the art (and leave the greyscale versios as well, so you can print what works best for you. I am toying with putting a watermarked version of all of the art in a zip file for VTT play as well. On the VTT compatible art, I am looking for feedback.
We have just a little shy of two weeks. We can unlock both published stretch goals and enjoy a luscious version of the print book, a plethora of digital enhancements, and see what goals are yet to be revealed.
Keep spreading the word and encourage your friends, neighbors, and other fellow gamers to avoid missing out on the ultimate version of the Haunting of Hastur Series.
