Imagine that you’re isolated from everyone you know and love. Imagine you don’t have enough food to last the night, and there’s no one around for millions of miles to help or comfort you. Now imagine you’re in space.

Doesn’t that sound terrifying? Now let’s imagine that one of the supplies that you’re running low on is oxygen. But you’re still on a space station where you have limited amount of O2 canisters that you need to find to constantly refill your O2 levels.

You’re constantly under pressure in that situation, right? As human beings we try to find shortcuts in those situations when we’re under pressure. So naturally you’re going to have to know your way on the station so you can get from place to place faster. To help you with this you have a visor GPS that can show you items that you need, the O2 canisters that we mentioned, and other resources for survival.

The suit that you wear is a special prototype, but naturally being a prototype it has some issues. Like the fact that you constantly have air leaks. The big thing that we want to mention in this game is the feature of zero gravity. This feature was very fun and exciting for us, so we hope that you’ll enjoy it as much as we do. It basically allows you to experience gaming in a new light, in a very small way, but still in a way that we’re proud of developing. To traverse the area around you, you need to hack and/or rewire doors and panels.

The objective, of course, is to survive and gather supplies to fix your escape pod, meanwhile recording audio logs so people know exactly what happened. The last thing that we want to mention is that there is a small mystery about what happened on the station that you will need to uncover, and you can try to learn about the people who worked there and what exactly went down, so everyone’s story can be told.

We believe that having good music can give a greater experience, along with a more immersive environment. Finding the right music for a Sci-Fi can be tricky, we want the music to seem intense when things get challenging but we also don’t want it to overpower the moment.

We have added some samples of the audio from the game; we wanted the music to make you feel alone and scared, so wondering through the unknown makes you get lost in the moment. We plan to add more samples as the weeks go on, you can also find these songs with the games soundtrack.

The Prototype suit known as ‘A25E’ was designed for easy movement, allowing a engineer to work outside the station in a quick and safer manner, but this was still in early stages. As a last resort you are forced to wear this suit when traveling around the space station, the issue with A25E is the air leaks the suit suffers from.

Each step you take digresses the 02 levels, given you less oxygen. This means you have to plan where you go, and what routes to take. One objective may be one the other side of the station but you only have enough oxygen to reach the middle, so you must find a 02 Station to refill and unlock alternate paths to make trips quicker and safer. This adds a sense of realism and a small puzzle element.

A25E has a built in GPS scanner, which locates items that may seem helpful to the user controlling the suit, such as water, food, and even areas that contain high 02 levels once the suit is low on oxygen. This comes in handy if the player is lost or found left in the dark. This feature can be upgraded to improve scan distance and pick up more items that the player may find helpful.

Dark Day Interactive - is a small indie Development company, based in Australia and the United Kingdom, with past experience in the video game market, with the release of Once Bitten, Twice Dead on PC and One Final Breath for PC, and iOS hits like Sky Island, the team has taken there past skills and knowledge from other projects and combined them into one tight company, answering to no major publishers, only making games they love, for the community and helped shape by the community.

We have found Kickstarter successful in the past with our last project named One Final Breath, and the love and support was so uplifting and allowed us to release a game we can be proud of. It inspired us to keep looking forward and keep our ideas going, with our newest game finished and rolling out to the public we are ready to focus on our next project.

We believe a little goes along way so we put our own money and time into projects so when we bring it to the public we don’t expect the fans to pay for it all, we are grateful for everything the community can offer. We want to make something people can relate to and enjoy.

Funding will allow us to build this into something amazing, from the ideas of the team and the feedback from the community, without relying on publishers who may not have the same vision as us. We are using well known and experienced voice actors to help tell this story, but they don't work for free, and building this world from the ground up making it unique an beautiful takes time, funding will allow us to focus 100% which will speed up the process extremely, without worrying about the wolves at the door.

We also are focusing on a story around one main character this means we require a lot from our talented voice actor which takes time and money, we want to use an experienced voice actor to give the game a good solid feel, and we want to get this game on multiple platforms which will involve time and re coding to suite the targeted platform.

We Believe we have a unique idea on a game, and a fun way to experience it.

We are currently in the pre-alpha stage of game development. As is always the case with game development, delays may occur but we’ll do our best to keep them to a minimum. We want to make the best possible.
