102% FUNDED! And, a thank you to Sequensis

We've done it! With your help, we've pushed across the finish line, and a little earlier than we were all expecting. We couldn't have done it without you.

There's somebody else we couldn't have done it without either, who made the music we've used in our Kickstarter pitch trailer, and in several of our other trailers: Sequensis, aka Brad LaTourrette. You can follow him on Soundcloud here: https://soundcloud.com/sequensis

We also asked if he could share a few words for us about himself and his work:

"My love for the Synthpop/New Wave revolution began with Gary Numan's 1979 smash hit "Cars". I'd stay up late in the dark, night after night, to listen to Casey Kasem's Top 40 just to hear it over and over; From that formative experience, the early 80's bought about my immersion into pure synth phenoms such as DEVO, Yaz, Ultravox, Eurythmics, The Cure, Thomas Dolby, Jean Michel Jarre, Depeche Mode, OMD and Vangelis. Fast forward 37 years and my love for synthesizers has only escalated. I have to admit that the modern Retrowave movement has given me a renewed sense of 'musical purpose'; to rediscover that pure synth fascination of my youth. I am proud to be associated with the DAEMON project and thankful for the opportunity."

We're extremely thankful to have gotten to work with Brad on DAEMON, and share his awesome Retrowave music with a wider audience. He's certainly helped shape DAEMON through his work, and we can't thank him enough.

We're nearly done creating DAEMON over here, having been slaving away (much like before) on more awesome salvaged props. Props again to Katie Friedman for photographing the process, and also pulling a ton of the weight working on props.

We'll be sending out surveys to you all soon. We can't thank you all enough for helping us make this experience happen. We'll keep you updated.
