Line of Ruin Volume 2 picks up right where Volume 1 left off. The last time we saw Deirdre, Reed, and Melania they were surrounded with only one way out; a mysterious window into the unknown. Follow Deirdre and her companions as they unearth new mysteries, find new friends, and make older enemies. Grow with Deirdre as she begins to embrace her new life of adventure.
Line of Ruin has been a long time in the making and it's been a blast watching it come to life!
I grew up enjoying comics, manga, cartoons, etc., and now I'm excited to share my love for them with my children. My goal in telling this story is to create a graphic novel that's both appropriate and compelling for boys and girls of all ages.
I want to explore the beauty, reality, and complexity of multiple family types and what it means to be a part of a family.
Now you're caught up!
Story telling has always been a passion of mine and I'm excited to be sharing that with others. Last year, with help through Kickstarter, I released my first full graphic novel (Line of Ruin Volume 1).
The production of the second portion of the story is going great. It's right on track and I can't wait to share it with the world. I can make the book but I can't get it out there without some help from you. With your contributions and book pre-orders we'll be able to get the book printed.
I want to give a special thanks to all the artists who've already contributed their time to this series by creating Line of Ruin guest art!

Risks and challenges
This is my second graphic novel to go up on Kickstarter and with your help it will be successfully funded just like the first one. With the first one I was able to complete the project and get it sent out to everyone on time. I'm confident that I can do it again.
The "Line of Ruin" series isn't my first adventure into the world of comics trough Kickstarter. I also did the art for the comic book "Hit!" which was successfully funded on Kickstarter so I have experience participating in that from production, to campaign, to reward fulfillment.
The comic is well on its way. At the time this Kickstarter launched it was completely written and about 50% drawn. I've done all my research on printers for the book as well as the rewards. They are picked out and ready to go as soon as the book is finished.
I'm a well organized person with years of experience in meeting production deadlines. There is still a lot to be done but I've laid out a timeline for the production of the book leaving myself a little wiggle room for life's twists and turns.Learn about accountability on Kickstarter
