The current cost of shipping worldwide is tricky to factor in. DriveThruRPG allows either the creator or the backers to handle at-cost printing and shipping. I would have preferred to pay for the printing and let backers pick up shipping. Instead, I reduced that tier by $2 to make up for it. Note that DriveThruRPG does have printing facilities in Europe, so shipping should be reasonable there.
To be honest, it hasn't been playtested as a one-shot yet, but you could streamline it by making the first two major encounters more approachable than adversarial. For example, Adia Bomani and the Cult of Thoth could be more friendly than suspicious, thus removing a possible conflict.
