This fall, the Colorado Springs Children’s Chorale (CSCC) has a mission. We want to sing 10,000 songs for the people of Japan. Here at CSCC, we, like many savvy, smart, citizens of the world, believe that music is THE BEST tool we have to communicate across oceans and cultures. So this October we will send 25 professional high school aged musicians to Japan to test this theory.
You can help. You can help by making a small donation (or a large one).
Your donation will pay for the sheet music these students use to learn their songs, will support their travel expenses, and perhaps most importantly it’ll build an international artistic collaboration among young people. It’ll help the region’s best and brightest see a whole new world. It’ll foster open-mindedness, curiosity, compassion and musical excellence in these most able ambassadors.
Just watch the video above - these aren’t your average kids. They’re special. Give a buck. Or 20. There are some great rewards at stake, and of course that intangible feeling of knowing you’ve changed someone’s life. That, alone, makes a contribution worth it, no?
Thank you for your support! You’ll be hearing more from us soon...
