About
Hello. My name is James, and I love role-playing games. I would like to submit to you, a game I made called Raven of the Scythe!!!
Raven of the Scythe is a fantasy role playing came that takes the tropes of classic high fantasy games and dials them back just a little. The players will enter a world of danger and suspense. The characters you make in Raven of the Scythe may be powerful, but they are never invincible. Magic is rare and poorly understood by the common folk, but it is a powerful tool for those who choose to master it. It is a world of choices and consequences, dire risk and fantastic rewards.
Raven of the Scythe has a simple but robust system that allows you to play many types of characters ranging from classic fantasy archetypes to mixed and matched hodgepodges of the exact abilities and attributes you want.
Run classic dungeon crawls, social heavy intrigues, or brutal combat encounters. Raven of the Scythe is a complete game that gives players and GMs enough tools to run the game they want!
did I mention the game is complete?
In fact, you can download it for free right now and try it out. This is of course still in need of editing and there are a few things that won't be added until the finished version comes out, but this is about 90% of the game right here.

I also have a YouTube channel where I talk about and promote the game.

Risks and challenges
This game has been a labor of love for the last four years. Just me and my laptop, and countless hours of work, many sleepless nights, and more rewrites than I care to admit.
Now the game is as finished as I can make it by myself. I need and editor and an artist to finally give my game the polish and presence that it deserves. I have already done the footwork and found skilled professionals who can do this for me. I just need the money to make it happen.
