I've just recently gone through our other Kickstarters and got the backers all of their rewards. This Kickstarter is by far the biggest we've run, and also our first. We express our apologies for the inconvenience this has caused, and will gladly help any one who has not received their pledge.

they never sent my rings at all nor have they gotten back to me about it. its like i was robbed of almost a hundred $ and it as taken me this long to realize it.
Does anyone happen to know if the CritSuccess team is running behind on processing returns? I love my rings, but I had to return a few because I ordered the wrong size. Thanks.

Been wearing my rainbow D20 thumb ring pretty much since I got it. Pretty sure its been well over a year now. I wear it every day all day for the most part and its held up considerably well for a $15 functioning ring. The only bad part is it getting scratched and scuffed and possibly being hard to read later on down the road.
@Drok Dungeon Entertainment: The quote wall worked fine for a while and then it broke with some of our plug-ins for the website. It is on our web developer's list of things to fix, but it looks to be a pretty serious issue. We have just have to have a document or some such.

Hi CritSuccess! Could you guys post an final Update to serve as closure once all dice rings and especially the LCRs are shipped from your end? A post-mortem of the entire project would be fine too... gives a chance to dissect the good/bad/nasty of the entire project, as well as let others learn about what to-do and what not-to-do when running a crowdfunding project like yours.
Out of curiosity, whatever happened to the quotes pages? When I click on any link to a quote page it just reroutes to home and I don't see a menu selection for them. Kind of disappointing as that was such a cool idea and there were so many great quotes when it was originally put up.
I forgot to post and say thanks to you guys for your help with an order issue, a few weeks ago I got the last ones including one LCR and although the LCR seems it will need a lot of breaking in I'm quite happy with them overall. Thanks :)
I am very happy to report that my missing (rose-gold) rAlphabetE has been found! I am even more happy to report that it is still rose-gold. I think all of my rings are accounted for now, so now I am waiting for the news that rAlphabetE is available in rainbow so that I can get a fifth rAlphabetE in the newest color. When that happens I will take a look at the rest of the rings and see if I want to get any more. There are a few I forewent due to cost (letting my sister have them and not getting a second or third for myself . . . I gifted several to my sister and brother-in-law).
My most rings are rAlphabetE, r12, and rHeadsTails (binary pretty much rocks). In the last couple of days I have also used r8, r100, and r6pips (I gave my sister the r6). I still haven't a clue what to do with rElderFuthark. I'm thinking necklace. I still have plans for the rest of them and some of them I have used, just not in the past few days.

That is not how our rings work. There is no 'inking' there is no 'insets'. They are coated steel and then the color is lasered off to reveal the steel color underneath. The gold was mostly designed as a response for either indiscreet rings or rings that could be used for higher-end looks and wedding bands, etc.
There are many videos and pictures showing the color options. You are more than welcome to exchange the rings for different colors.
Our rings have not been available to the public for a year either - only 5 months. Split shipping was always an option if you did not want to wait. Furthermore, I believe your only complaints are with the LCR (color was addressed and was your choice). The spring is tight at the beginning but will wear in after about 2 weeks of use.
After a year of seeing them in the wild while my order was being held up for having an LCR, I finally got the rings I ordered. The spinners are nice, and I look forward to using them for a long while.
The LCR though is less than optimal. It's a solid ring, but takes so much force to tick that it likely won't see much use. Also, the choice of white inking on a gold LCR is quite poor. You can barely see the numbers, or the alternating bar patterns. And finding the band/marker on the ring edge indicating which numbers are the active ones even more tricky given the thinness of those bands.
Overall, the quality of the rings is solid, and the other colors seem ok. But there's a reason jewelers used black insets on gold rings instead of white. I'm glad to see you got your shop setup and running, which is what Kickstarter is all about. It's just disappointing that after investing in it, and waiting over a year, that there are issues like this. Makes the whole thing somewhat of a let down.

I got my LCR and other rings in the mail yesterday, but the LCR won't spin at all. Will this fix with washing, or is there a problem?
How often should I wash a ring, before I send it back?
I get a LCR (nice thing), a Double D6 (the single rings spin a little different, what I like) and a D6, and it spins worse after I used it a few times. But it is a nice decoration :D
Still never received my ring from my original order a year ago ..
Yay! It took us about 2 weeks to break in the LCRs to easy use. May the force be with you!
(If you do not feel they are breaking in or are just to hard, we can investigate replacements).
My 3 rings just appeared down here in NZ.
They looked and worded really well, and then, after a little wash in soapy water, they looked AMAZING and worked WONDERFULLY! :D

Just to let you know that I received my 2 LCRs and 2 dice rings last week. They look absolutely awesome and well worth the wait, especially the LCRs. 2 are now making their way to Malaysia, and the end recipient can't wait to get them!

I found a home for my LCR (gave it to my brother-in-law). Now I just need them to come out with a rainbow rAlphabetE so I can buy one. Well, that and find my missing rose gold rAlphabetE, since I can't replace that. All my other rings seem to be accounted for, just not that one.

Got my LCR in the mail today and it looks great! It's a bit difficult to turn (read that as really difficult to turn) but I hope with a bit of time and work it will become easier. When I first got it I thought it was defective because it wouldn't turn at all, but a bit of work in soapy water got it to turn. Hopefully a bit of elbow grease and time will take care of the rest. We got it, but Aaron has to handle it and he is spending a few days with his mom for the Holidays, so it will be a bit slow (no one in office to pack and ship and no mail tomorrow). All should be addressed by the end of the week.

@Sean Hughes - you should read the latest update on why that is not true, and, the LCRs are still not on the website, which is the only reason you should still be waiting on an order.
With your black Friday/cyber Monday sale, it would appear I'd be better off (both in terms of cost and shipping time) canceling my kickstarter order and just buying off the site. What gives?

I am a 70 dollar pledger and never filled out the survey because I could foresee delivery issues on the LCR. When do you estimate when I should fill everything out?

Mostly missing shipping orders. We had to request a new mail service person as a whole batch of packages would just disappear from time to time. Then tracking down the package, the order, the email, tracking it through accounting...
Damaged packages, exchanges, LCRs, split shipping, mis-typed addresses, incomplete forms, surveys that select more than was paid for. This all requires tracking down and finding each issue ... out of almost 7300... it is a daunting task. We also shipped the first 5,000+ orders without insurance as we were new to shipping... ouch!

I had no idea there were apparently so many issues with this KS. I got 5 rings and I absolutely love the crap out of them. Were there a lot of incorrect orders or something? Or is it all Life Counter Ring orders that have people upset?

As you can see from the comments, we did finally get caught up on the emails (689), and now I am moving on the Kickstarter.

There has been no change in the LCRs status. They are being manufactured now, the time that takes is not in our hands, so please, complain to the manufacturer to speed up (we'd like this too). As soon as I have the email saying they have been shipped to us, I will post that they are in transit to us.
The LCR delivery is expected the first week of December (that means they have to ship it out by this Friday to meet that.
Refunds are not the best course of action. We have paid for your rings, and you have paid for them. Give me (me) a chance to look into your issues.I'm particularly interested n @kmuzu's issue as you did not order a LCR, just a Dice Ring.
So, shall we get down to business? Email me you specific issue (sales will be faster, it is just plain easier to use, track, etc.) and give me 2-3 days. Let me make you all happy again. Remember when we were happy and excited? You deserve to be nothing less in life :).
