Your neighborhood lies in the heart of suburban America,
and is a place like most other places. People go about their lives,
working, relaxing, gossiping and doing things that most folk do driven by their hidden desire. Some are Kind, some are Wicked and some are Fickle. Do you know which are which?
Should the roads be improved? Is the Mayor doing a good job? Should Halloween pranks be tolerated or punished...severely? All of these questions are up to you and your neighbors. But who are they really? Are you living next door to a Kitty Kindly or an Arthur Arbitrary?
In this fun, fast-paced, strategic party game, we ask you:
Do You Know Your Neighbors?
In Do You Know Your Neighbors?, between 5 and 12 people play the role of a Kind, Wicked or Fickle neighbor.
The object of the game is to resolve enough Situation Cards so that your team's score pile has a total of 15 points. The catch, however, is that you do not know who is part of your team as all identities are hidden. Each resident has a vested interest in the town resolving situations their way. There is strength in numbers, so players must attempt to discover who among them is working for or against their efforts.
During each round of play, players may question another player with Clue Cards, gaining insight into that neighbor’s identity. Then, splitting into 2 task forces, players encounter Situation Cards with various point values. Kind or Wicked Deed Action Cards are played, like a vote, to resolve a given situation. How everyone responds to these situations is up to them—and it's done in secret!
With enough careful sleuthing, you can figure out who are friends and who are foes. Identifying a player's identity from their Neighbor Card prevents them from identifying others and gives you a bonus. So identify them before they identify you!
You can download a Kickstarter-only PDF version of the rules which highlights some of the potential areas that could change based on achieved stretch goals, etc.
Here is a video review, by The Dice Tower, that describes the game play:
That video gives a little bit of an idea of how the game works and we are working on getting some of our friends/volunteers to be on video playing the game so we can show you how it works while actually being played.

Cray Cray Games has dreamed up, developed, play tested, and prototyped this game, and now we're ready to share it with others. We need your help to produce this game!
We think this is a novel new idea for a game that works well in small groups and at larger parties. Our friends and a gaggle of random play testers think so too. If you donate to our Kickstarter project, you can help us launch our game and even get a copy (or two) of the game for yourself! We're also hoping to get more feedback from our early supporters to make the game even better.
Thank you in advance for your support!
Risks and challenges
We have created the art and components for the game to produce a prototype and have secured quotes from a few game manufacturers. Having done that, we're comfortable with what it takes to deliver files to a game manufacturer and expect that working with one of the vendors we've identified will give us a much higher quality product.
We're in the middle of ironing out the details of the various stretch goals and implications for their manufacture and packaging requirements. While additional components will have implications on the box size & weight we believe that the required changes will be negligible. We have also reviewed a few fulfillment options to handle the shipping of rewards and believe we have a workable solution in place.
We look forward to engaging the appropriate parties to resolve those issues when they come because that which seems to be the largest milestone will be behind us. Thanks again for your support!Learn about accountability on Kickstarter
