About this project
In Dungeon Heroes one player takes on the role of the Hero Party and the other takes on the role of the Dungeon Lord. The Hero Party is attempting to discover three treasures within the dungeon and the Dungeon Lord is attempting to eliminate the entire Hero Party.
Dungeon Heroes is played in two phases, a passive phase in which the Dungeon Lord builds the dungeon while the Heroes explore and an aggressive phase, in which the monster tiles come to life and begin to actively pursue the Heroes during their exploration.

We will upgrade the standard Hero dice to a premium and thematic design. Each die will represent the powers of the respective Hero. This includes a d4, d6, d8 and d10!
We will include four different custom "Hero Meeples" and include a player board that tracks their hit points. The player board will also include a player-aid of each Hero's special abilities and movement options.
More amazing stretch rewards to come as we grow in funding!
Please keep in mind these rules are Prototype Rules and are simply meant as bare bones to get players started. We promise they'll be all sorts of fancy with great graphics for the final production.
"I like the fact that the two different phases give specific advantages to one of the players." " More impressively, it doesn’t feel unbalanced (which could well happen in a game such as this)" - Michael Fox (LMDS)
"A little evil social game, goading your opponents onto traps and into monsters, can add a lot of fun along the way." - John Moller (Cartrunk Entertainment)
"Addictive 2 Player Dungeon Crawler" - Michael Eskue (Designer of "For The Win")
"Just one more game!" - Ken Grazier (Geek Craft.com)
Without you, our backers, we would not be able to keep making the awesome and fun games you have come to expect from Crash Games. We promise that you are always our first priority when it comes to receiving Dungeon Heroes. We will not under any circumstances sell Dungeon Heroes to retailers or at a convention until you have your copies. We also promise to keep you informed through every step of the process from the second the project ends until it arrives on your front door step. Our customers are our number one priority and we are only one click away from answering any and all of your questions and concerns.
Risks and challenges
Crash Games is experienced when it comes to running and more importantly, fulfilling the rewards of a Kickstarter Campaign. We have retained the same high quality manufacturer and distributor throughout all of our projects so the risks and challenges are at a bare minimum. You can pledge with confidence that you will receive a high quality product at reasonable price all while making independent, small business a reality.
We have delivered all of our rewards for our first project Rise! and did so within a couple of weeks of the estimated delivery time and we are on track to deliver the rewards for our second, The Lost Dutchman, on time. Feedback from Rise! has been phenomenal on the product quality. People have raved about the physical component quality of Rise! as well as the game play. Rise! has been nominated for the 2012 Golden Geek Award for Best Abstract Strategy and it all started here on Kickstarter!Learn about accountability on Kickstarter
Kickstarter has instituted a new system for shipping that makes it easier for International backers to add the proper shipping amount. Unfortunately this has put Canadian Backers in a bit of a pinch since we can't add a second level for shipping.
If you are a Canadian Backer simply state you are in the U.S., manually add your Canadian Shipping Charge and when we send out the survey you can include your Canadian address.
