The Corridors of Fate contain modular walls, doors and floors that enable the creation of your own sci-fi/industrial terrain, be it the interior of a massive space-station or the industrial hub of a worn down factory, or anywhere in-between.
Files have been scaled for 28mm miniatures but, as with all 3d printable files, you have the ability to scale them up or down to suit your gaming needs.
Pledging for this is easy. There is only one pledge with rewards to choose from and any extras that are opened up through the course of the project will be included in that pledge.
The initial reward consists of 55 different modular pieces allowing a multitude of wall, floor and door configurations.
This consists of:
- Wall 01 plus eight variations
- Wall 02 plus six variations
- Doorway A (works with Wall 01) and Doorway B (works with Wall 02), both doors open and close.
- 2 Floor-plate designs with a variety of shapes
- 2 x computer console designs
The models have been designed with a clip system to hold the walls and doors in place so accidental bumps won't be a problem.
- Clips for both walls and doorways
There are two pledge levels available for this campaign.
This pledge level will keep you up to date with the campaign. No rewards are available at this level. Roughly US$0.67, £0.54, €0.60.
This pledge level will get you all of the Corridors of Fate files plus any applicable stretch goals. This is over 50 files plus any extras. Roughly US$10, £8, €9.
A few of these stretch goals are currently works in progress. While I will endeavour to complete them all before the finish of the campaign (and I anticipate doing so), some of them may not be ready in time. If that is the case, the main reward will be sent out as soon as possible and the unfinished stretch goals will be added to the Wargame Vault page when they are completed and ready for you. I would rather get these right and have them test printed to ensure they work before getting them out to you.

All files have been printed to make sure they work and are error free. They were created in 3ds Max and Zbrush and have been run through a repair tool.
I used a very simple paint scheme consisting of a black basecoat followed by a drybrush of grey and then white.
Pro tip - Assembling the Wall 02 sections. The printed clips have a nice snug fit and push in and out of the Wall 02 recesses easily. If you paint the sides of the clips and the recesses of the wall pieces the clips will still fit but will be much tighter, making them more difficult to remove if you want to re-arrange your walls.
Fulfillment of the Corridors of Fate will be completed through WargameVault. Each backer will receive copies via their account. Fulfillment will begin as soon as possible. This should hopefully be within 2 weeks of the project funding. A survey will be sent out shortly after the project has funded to gather email addresses associated with WargameVault accounts. Please note, this is the only way to gain these files. You will find this advantageous as you will then have the files in your library so you can access them as often as you would like.

Risks and challenges
This is my 1st individual campaign with Kickstarter. However I've been part of several similar STL file campaigns run by Devious Games (https://www.facebook.com/deviousgames/) and am confident this will run as smoothly.
If this is highly successful some of the stretch goals may take longer to be received by backers but the core files will be sent out as soon as possible and the stretch goal files being sent out as they are completed (after design, printing and testing).
Files are constantly backed up in the cloud so that they are kept safe so there is no danger of file loss.
